Worst games you bought - Games

Mercenaries 2, I like the game, the viking one liners are awesome, and nukes are fun, but it doesn't have great re-playability, I think I have played it maybe 5 times. Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines, god I still hate myself for buying that game.

Was a mod I downloaded. A HL2 mod where you culd supposedly run a farm, drive the farm vehicles, plant crops, harvest, have animals and everything. Turns out it was just one shitty map with a load of stolen vehicle models on it. Sometimes my games like internal timer jumps up, causing everything to go super fast and zippy like a sped up cartoon, other times it just slows down really like slow mo, all of this while on a perfect 60fps.

hmm, can't really say I've bought any out-right bad games, but if I had to say one, it would probably be Sins Of A Solar Empire, not that I didn't love it, the races were cool, tactics great and presentation flawless, but the whole lack of storyline didn't really make it live up to the $70 AuD I bought it for. Atleast the skirmishes kept me busy for a while. I started one on the largest map about 2 months ago, and I only control mabe a quater of the system. Damn pirates.

And guess what, people are different and have different standards when it comes to stuff with video games. For me, if I'm not into by the first hour then I'm not going to bother playing it anymore. I didn't think L4D was all that bad. I think Valve didn't use all its potential, but it was a pretty fun game. (still disappoint over L4D 2 though.) The game I was most upset with was GTA 4. Just so over hyped, not as fun as I thought it would be.

The first fire fight didn't really get me into it either and by the time I reached the sewer I realized this game is not satisfying me.

Mercenaries 2, With its promised "destruction", Destruction my ass and the accuracy and damage of the enemies was just ridicolous, so was the way the vehicles handled. Far Cry 2 as well which bragged with its "incredible" ai which just fucked up and ended being totally shit with enemies always being able to hit you for some strange reason and everyone wanting you dead.

Sure, it's your opinion, I don't care that you don't like it if you actually played it. I'm not butthurt or anything because frankly, I don't give a shit.

Farcry 2. Bleargh, never trust the blurb :( GTA 4. It was an amazing technical acheivment, it just lacked fun. And Mercenaries 2. So boring and...just bleargh, I preferred 1 :)

Spore and Transformers 2 for the ds, Yes I know it's a movie game, they usually suck but the first transformers game was really fun, It was sorta like prototype now no 2 uses levels instead of free roam, god it sucks. X3 : Terran conflict (It takes too long to do something) .

The Lord of the rings: the third age. too slow paced, boring , repetive combat. oh get this,I went to return it because it was used, but because the xbox 360 was already out and I got the game used......it was worth-WARNING THIS IS THE MOST HUGEISTNESS RIPOFF OF ALL TIME YOUR HEAD MAY EXPLODE- it was worth......25 cents and sence then I have never been back to a gamestop :D

armored core 4. I was having some fun with it at fist but then i got this really impossible part and after redoing it about 100 times I took out the disk and snapped it in half.

Rayman 1 1 month of annoying music sond effects and gameplay and i spend 3 hours trying to do the last boss. ALL I GET IS A CRAPPY CONGRADULATIONS D:

SPORE: Galactic Adventures Oh and speaking of rip-offs I got spore galactic adventures on steam for my copy of spore also from steam. NONE OF THE GA CONTENT IS IN GAME steam support helped me but every one of their solutions did not work im also running vista.
