The new dashboard isn't nearly as bad as the videos made it look, but it's still ugly. And the marketplace is shit now.

Dashboard = Lame The white is just buring my eyes when I press the Xbox Guide Button. The avatar is way better, the gamer pictures for your avatar is really cool. Dashboard: 2/5 Avatar Editing: 4.5/5 As long as I can play my games, the dashboard is fine, anyone know if theres a way to change the color of the guide button an such? The white BURNS my eyes.

Also everything takes forever to load

Looks awesome to me, only problem is that the marketplace seems to load slower right now. Blades = Kinect > NXE

I hate the stupid fucking 10 seconds it takes to freaking load the guide menu, I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME GODDAMN IT I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY. Hopefully this works but i'm afraid it will fuck up my xbox.

The white burns my eyes, my HDTV and my PC monitor are on the same desk, so I am about a foot a way from my TV and the white just kills me.

Why, whyyyy did they do this!? The last one was amazing in my opinion, this is nothing but worse. Everything is worse, they didn't improve anything. And I like the older avatars, I thought the whole point was for them to be cartoony...

Also, I don't mind the white. I'd like it more if it was transparent a bit so it blended with whatever background you have but really I don't think it's that big of a deal.

Also, does the guide make anyone else feel like they're on facebook or some sort of social networking site?

Damnit. Just red-ringed for good. I think i should call Microsoft and scream into the phone. I will just give them some nonsense about how it worked just fine before their update, and they killed my sexbox, let me talk to a manager, blah blah blah. Maybe they will believe (Want to get rid of) me and fix it for free. I hope i get someone in America.
