Semi related idk but I updated played ac2 saved pressed quit then the game kind of froze. I turned my xbox off and back on and all my progress was gone even my save data on the hardrive. I just killed the guy in venice and had one more tomb and 3 more glyphs left:(

Party chat quality sounds worse to me, and the dashboard is great but I still would prefer the one before NXE.
Could they make the dashboard any brighter? I know this has been said many of times, but it really just strains my eyes whenever I hit the guide button. This won't matter to me eventually, though, since I'm gonna be ditching the Xbox 360 and getting a PS3. Too much costs in replacing controllers, mics, and paying for a yearly subscription which has now been increased(due to additional features which I will never touch). [/rant mode]

The customization was great. pre-nxe dashboard + parties would be perfect
Meh, I don't find it that bright. Actually I like the clean sharp look. My only problem is that the Xbox Guide seems to be a bit laggier when switching between tabs.
And I don't like looking at game info. Like before I could look at one thing, and see other information on the slides behind it, but now you can't see anything on the other slides without switching.

Monthly, quarterly, and yearly prices are increased. Now it cost a new game for 1 year of Xbox Live.
By new game, I mean 60 dollars. I liked the old appearance better as well, and still, XBL doesn't have an internet browser, and have at least more online capabilities. That, or make it free. They did that with GFWL(I think, because Steam was more powerful and was free to play online).

Bah, trying to cancel my Gold sub but they're having 'technical' difficulties so I have to call back in an hour.
Also the automated message said they're aware of live problems so something must be really fucked up...it does say I have 800 gamer points on the website...pretty sure last count was around the 15k mark lol

800 Gamer Points? You could be referring to how many Microsoft Points you have on your account, since 800 MS points = $10.
