If you guys were to guess how would my computer handle BF3? I know you can't know for sure but we can always speculate. AMD Phenom II (4 cores, 3.4Ghz) 4GB Ram (DDR3) XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 (1GB GFX memory) MSI 790-FX GD-70 (mobo) Also I really feel like preordering this game, I found it for 33 Pounds in the UK (shipping included) which is a pretty good price. On the other hand it would be nice to have on Steam since this game will probably get a lot of patches and having Steam fix that would be great. It will most likely cost like 50 Euros on Steam though and thats such a high price. A friend also mentioned that the Retail copies might have DRM and shit that the Steam version would lack.

I want flare guns and colored smoke. You can fire a flare and it would appear as a blinking red distress signal on the team map. Choppers and jets would just go 'broken' arrow on anything that tries to kill you in that area. Green or Red smoke could help signal vehicle drops or mark specific positions for choppers and jets to take on. I think it's better and would add to some level of realism aside from pressing 'q' and having the enemy appear on the entire team radar for 5 seconds. Mix the two to signal Santa Claus to drop tanks on designated positions.

i want lasers for air support, and the beacons that you can throw and will light up for pilots, i'm forgetting the name of them [editline]28th May 2011[/editline] oh, they use it in the Blackhawk Down movie, i've had a lot of fun with those on night missions in Arma 2 where we needed air support

I kind of hope you can't slash through fences like in BC2 where it's like you have a lightsabre, but I think you should still have a way through. I hope your able to switch ammo, maybe one mag with flechette and the other with 12 gauge. So that your not stuck with one type of ammo
