It should be. They said if you preorder it its automatically upgraded to the limited edition. You can always send an email or post a message on their boards for confirmation.

There are some screenshots of a European city being attacked at night so it looks like there are.
Now whether that's multiplayer or singleplayer is a different story, but I feel that it wouldn't be difficult to have them for both.

Also the change of day, night, and weather spectrum from a few trailers seems to be a very easy hint they might be planning dynamic weather.
well being able to play the same map but have options based on server control would be really cool, so on one server you could play a map and it would be day and clear, but on another server you could play that same map and it could be night and storming
they could also have a random option so each time that map came around it would choose a random combination so be played with
would make it a lot more interesting and fun, and i don't think it would be that difficult

Using stuff like this to track your enemy through snow trails, leaving snowy foot prints in buildings... This is the kind of shit I would love to see.
I would be fine with just a time of day being chosen at random at the start of the match and it just going on that. I think Red Faction Guerilla did something like that with alternating times on maps, and sometimes it would feel like I was playing a completely different map because of all the different shadows and lighting.

The Tiger ARH is getting used by Australia now as well (though they're not fully functional due to them performing like arse in dusty and hot climates until upgraded).
