I come here for the fact that everyone is completely obvious to CoD.

As far as I know, they've changed the health regeneration so that it only happens so many meters away from combat, and even then, at a very slow rate, slower than in BC2. I think they're trying to finesse it by making it so that if you're really close to death, and stay in cover for 8 seconds, you'll get to half-health, but to get the rest you'll have to retreat out of the combat area or find a medic.

It has been the same since MW1.

You mean no depth whatsoever, blatantly unrealistic and silly for the sake of having massive scripted events that "look cool" yet any part of the game you are actually playing on foot is terribly bland and repetitive. Crisp graphics my arse, Battlefield 3 has it beat by miles and you know it. They've cut massive corners in MW3 by reusing assets and engine because they know people like you will eat it up and not look twice. COD accounts for half of XBL players because the main market on Xbox is a childish one at that, not to mention its people who really aren't into gaming that much nor are they particularly that good. COD sells so well because anyone can pick it up and beat the game/do good on MP because its too damn easy, there is no challenge involved.

The graphics obviously show console bias though, and even Kotick commented on how BF3 looks more PC oriented and implied that MW3 is going to be better because it's evened out through all the platforms. Of course, the only way MW3 is evened out is in the sense that they've made the graphics shit, the levels will probably be glorified corridors (small maps) and it will have the same consolized mechanics. So in a way BF3 is more balanced out for platforms in the sense that it does the best it can on each platform. Unlike MW3, it wont remove functions from the PC version because the console doesn't support them, each platform will just have what it can.

i've always been a fan of CoD and BF, and i've always liked BF better, but MW3 is going to be absolute horse shit it's literally just MW2 with some newly textured weapons and in a new setting, the singleplayer isn't going to be good, the multiplayer isn't going to be good, nothing about it is good they didn't even bother to update the engine, graphically Black Ops looked better than MW3
