Is there a way to increase the maximum sounds playing at once in BC2? PC version of course. It is kinda annoying when certain sounds don't play because of all the stuff happening.

Ugh Jets... I hope they aren't as fucking invincible as they were in BF2. Also, I want to find out more about this DLC system before I pre-order. If this gets too fucked up I think I might just pass on this game.

Quick question, I used to have BF2 on disk but I lost it, ao I'm thinking about getting it on steam. Is the community still alive? A game isn't as fun when you have 3 populated servers total.

I really don't understand why everyone is so upset about DLC. I can understand disliking exclusive items, but extra packs? No one bitched about Armored Fury, Euro Force, Special Forces, or Vietnam. Every single one of those packs was bursting with awesome content. I seriously doubt DICE is going to drop the ball on this one. :colbert:

I was just trying to point him in the right direction. I know I seen a BF:BC2 thread and the title of this one didn't seem like it was for all battlefield games.

I used to be a harcore COD fan, back in the time of 2 and 4... But it's so true. COD is starting to become the Madden of shooters. So of course they won't change much. I'm just hopping that Battlefield 3 is able to knock COD of its throne to force Infinity Ward (or god knows who's working on the game) changes something. There's a big difference between back to karkand and the exclusive weapon/equipment however.

Yes. One last time. It is developed by a seperate team, comes out after BF3, it isn't cut content and it was always supposed to cost. They just wanted to be nice, so they got the pre-orderers the DLC for free! If EA didn't have this pre-order bonus it would be paid for EVERYONE. Stop whining and appreciate what they are doing.

Now that Karkand pack is coming to Steam I'm no longer in BF3 rage mode.

I just had a really vivid and detailed dream, the dream essentially revolved around someone leaking and me getting my hands on a press build of BF3 on the PS3 apparently. I even made a video of me playing it and remember the contents of the video quite clearly, I also for some reason had the screen name "Goon161." I posted it on Youtube and then went out to go shopping with the family (yeah this shit went on for a while and that part of the dream was also really fucking detailed but I wont bore you with that.) when I checked the video later it had 2,600,300 views, in the span of like six hours. Then I woke up, so mad.
