I'm sure she'll be burning with rage.

She'll be scarred for life.
I just got this game out of constant talk of my friend of how good it is. I first thought it was going to be so bad its funny kind of considering the genre.
I was so unbelievably wrong.
Never thought a game could give me more feels than TWD.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it!
I dont know, every visual novel imo gives more feels than walking dead or that overhyped last of us
So I ended up getting the good ending for Rin... did I luck out with all the little options after the 'join the art club' option, or do they not really matter?
Also, ow, my head. And my heart. This visual novel stuff is weirdly evocative.
The choices do matter iirc, although it's only a few that do. There's a flowchart in the OP if you want to check.

I looked at it, and it made about as much sense as one of Rin's ramblings.

Wrong thread.

Frankly, I'm not sure anyone understood the flowchart for the Rin route!
There's one of the choices which can actually give you a selection out of six possible boxes, it just shows 3 based on the previous choices. It's a bit wierd, as I'm not sure how much they affect the ending compared to other choices in it.

My issue appears to be with the flowchart structure itself. It's very... convoluted, and not at all self explanatory.
Anywho, with the broken birds (Hanako/Rin) out of the way, I'm faced with a most terrible of choices; Lilly's route, or Shizune's route. On the one hand, there's Lilly. On the other, there's Misha's awesome rack being present for (presumably?) 90% of the time. I can't decide. Maybe I should do both at once? Or maybe neither. Lil' bubblegum foam brain looks like she could be entertaining as well...
I really enjoyed Shizune's route, and it makes Misha much less annoying, as you find out a fair amount about her over it.
Main issue is that it's typically agreed on to be the weakest route, which is a pity, as Shizune is my favourite character. If it had had some extending and polishing, it'd be much better - it was overhauled pretty close to release, her alpha route was much different.
Lilly's route gives the best closure at the end though, but so does Shizune's, to a degree. Do them in whatever order you want, or even at the same time!
Or do Emi, she's the funniest route at some points. (though it's like Iwanako hit Hisao with a steel girder instead of a heart attack - he really loses some braincells)
I haven't played Hanako's route yet
Am I the only one here that thinks Rin's ramblings actually MAKES sense?
I can understand a fair amount of them, but some are total gibberish.
Am I the only one here that thinks Rin's ramblings actually MAKES sense?
A lot of them do make sense.
The point is that they are always completely out of context and have nothing to do with anything.

They SEEMS to be out of context, but if we look closer, she's actually trying to describe her feelings although with using unusual examples, which are not too difficult to understand if we try to actually put her words into picture. She's struggling to communicates because the way she pictures things are not conventional.
She just cannot articulate her thoughts coherently and conventionally in a conversation.

Thanks, but I think I figured out how to read the flowchart thingo. I didn't realize the girls were given 'points' for some of the choices, which was what really threw me.
And christ on a bicycle, Shizune and Misha just do not let up about the student council thing. If that's their normal recruitment process, no wonder no one wants to help.

She kind of implies that she [sp]is actually just using it as an excuse to get close to Hisao and try to cheer him up, she puts her friends above the council quite a few times. Of course, Hisao never actually bothers talking to her properly throughout her route, until like the end, and he blueballs her for at least two months! - she does it in one break, and then it's basically the end of the year when the second scene takes place - and only after she's had to order Hisao to kiss her. He really doesn't bother asking her how she feels or if she wants to go out and such.
As for the few members, she's not exactly got any social skills - the only person she is shown directly talking to is Misha, and she doesn't seem to talk to anyone else in sign at Yamaku. She grew up without being able to talk directly to her dad and bro and so on. Her realising it's because she's too competative and in your face is in the good ending.[/sp]
