Any crims on Joker playing at the moment?
fuck it, I hate the dumbass people in this game, and i hate the motherfucking trolls and how the admin don't do shit about it. Fuck this game, it's worser then before.
Is it just me or are the missions really repetitive?
Mine is shit too, but I'm getting an average of 60 FPS when playing on the default settings.
It likes to stutter tho.
when I say my computer is shit I mean it's running an athlon X2 mobile processor and rocking a 8200M. It might run but when I say might I mean at 10 fps.
Woo! Got into closed beta, they finally accepted me!
How do I download it? :buddy:

Nevermind, figured it out
What me and my friend agree is one of the biggest problems in this game, is the imbalance between the Criminal and Enforcer factions. The game is naturally easier on Criminals than it is to Enforcers.
First, Money: Criminals have several ways to make money. Mugging, Ramraiding, or Missions. Each of these options can net a Criminal a pretty penny if done right, or enough. Enforcers however, have 2 ways to make money; they can do Missions, or turn in stolen Cars. However, turning in stolen cars pays utter shit, so that just leaves Missions. Enforcers have to work harder for their money, and in the long run get less of it.
Next, Notoriety vs Prestige. Criminals can gain Notoriety by killing or mugging Civilians, and Ramraiding (though the last 2 can reset it if they complete the mission, they could gain Level 5 if they're already high enough). Still, it's easy for a Crim to reach high levels of Notoriety without much effort. Enforcers only have one way to gain Prestige, kill Criminals. They also lose Prestige by causing damage or killing people (those cause Crims to GAIN it).
These 2 things are very noticeable in the long run to an attentive player. Enforcer Bounties are very rare, while Criminal Bounties pop up every 10 minutes. WORSE, is that with more money, Criminals get better weapons. Most of the Criminals I face anymore have some sort of modded weapons, this isn't fair to an Enforcer like myself who doesn't make as much money, and can't afford to waste money playing with different weapons and (extremely expensive) modifications.
In short, Enforcers need some sort of compensation that helps even the playing field. Whether if be Double average pay, Perma-weapons, 50% Enforcer Discount on everything, Revamped witnessing to chase any Crim (and get good pay from the boss for doing so), etc.

LTL has potential of making good money, but of course two problems. It's ridiculously underpowered and because so it usually costs you missions.
Again, that's you having to use it against a live person who is trying to kill you.
Mugging and Ramraiding, nobody is trying to kill you then, unless you get spotted. Of course, that's why a some Crims go into Empty Servers and Ramraid without threat of being stopped. Easy money, piss easy.

They need to balanced it out... they need to add features such as random search warrants or capture local drug dealers trying to sell drugs to people so that Enforcers got a nice balance.
As Enforcers, you can pick up whatever the people have left off from ramraiding and take it to the Evidence Locker. Being a Criminal is easy right now due to easy gain, and Easy money.
Now if only this game got some short of a hireling system that are intelligent enough and smarter then the dumbass people I get every fucking day in this game that just herp and derp thoughtout the missions. an AI that can Aim, pick people up, and drive well.
downloading it at 1mb/s+ steady. I dunno what you guys are talking about 60 kb/s
So don't be bad and die then :v:
Get the fuck out :frog:
There are still more enforcers than criminals.
There are still more enforcers than criminals.
No, not really.
man, wish i found this up before the sign-up ended. sigh, ill have to wait.
Apparently I only get highest level enemies now...
My gaming laptop ALWAYS overheats whenever I play this for more than 10 minutes. Anyone know any way i could stop that?
Anyway I can still play this game even though i did not sign up before the beta?
Buy an account.
Oh wow witnessing is a lot more rewarding than it's made out to be. I just earned 7k from one guy who didn't even fight back.

One thing that witnessing certainly did is make ram raiding criminals scared of enforcers. I've had multiple times where I saw a criminal smash a shop and then just run away after seeing me.

Yeah, enfs are pretty scary. I ramraid a store then I'm fighting against 5 higher-level cops who take my money, then they get into two cars and follow me for 10 minutes so I won't ramraid again.
Never again. :smith:

I really hope your kidding, you obviously havent played at a high skill level. All the Enforcer task missions are a lot easier than the criminals. We get 8 lives in a group of 4 to complete 2 different missions carrying over. You guys get that with just 1 as a last mission as a drop off. You get VIP missions where you kill us 3 times in 15 minutes! We get 1 where we kill you 5 in 7 or 8 mins. Its ridiculously 1 sided if you look and pay attention to the missions a good amount of them are Enforcer favored. Also I have never had a mission objective that was run over an item and spam your "F" key to pick it up.
Fucking traffic, lost a mission because of it :argh:
Played wiht lego, great fun, but as we are good cops we follow traffic laws, sadly couldnt reach the 1100 m far objective in time, damn traffic.
Also, killed an enemy who also was level 5 in a direct standoff (I have no perks and only standard weapon), even had to reload once, and my car happened to be parked 10 m away. I havent had used it in like 10 missions.
computer is too much of a piece of shit to run this game above 5 fps god damnit.

lol are you kidding
one mission I played:
Enforcers: drop this off here
OKAY LOL NOW DROP IT OFF AGAIN WHILE ALL THE CRIMS ARE AROUND YOU
another, Enforcers need to seize three cars and spawn 200m away when they die
next stage, Criminals need to steal TWO cars and spawn like 20m away
I remember that mission where the enforcers have 2 stages of delivering 3 cars and if they win, the criminals then have to deliver 2 cars and if they do, they win. That's not even slightly fair.

Rage fuel right there..
Crims always spawn closer btw.
Also, got a mission today, first it was "Singleplayer" (we were two, but you know what I mean), sent us through 5 stages, in the sixth we got an APB and had to do 3 more. They were 3, we remained 2 with no option for backup.
Yeah.
