What me and my friend agree is one of the biggest problems in this game, is the imbalance between the Criminal and Enforcer factions. The game is naturally easier on Criminals than it is to Enforcers.
First, Money: Criminals have several ways to make money. Mugging, Ramraiding, or Missions. Each of these options can net a Criminal a pretty penny if done right, or enough. Enforcers however, have 2 ways to make money; they can do Missions, or turn in stolen Cars. However, turning in stolen cars pays utter shit, so that just leaves Missions. Enforcers have to work harder for their money, and in the long run get less of it.
Next, Notoriety vs Prestige. Criminals can gain Notoriety by killing or mugging Civilians, and Ramraiding (though the last 2 can reset it if they complete the mission, they could gain Level 5 if they're already high enough). Still, it's easy for a Crim to reach high levels of Notoriety without much effort. Enforcers only have one way to gain Prestige, kill Criminals. They also lose Prestige by causing damage or killing people (those cause Crims to GAIN it).
These 2 things are very noticeable in the long run to an attentive player. Enforcer Bounties are very rare, while Criminal Bounties pop up every 10 minutes. WORSE, is that with more money, Criminals get better weapons. Most of the Criminals I face anymore have some sort of modded weapons, this isn't fair to an Enforcer like myself who doesn't make as much money, and can't afford to waste money playing with different weapons and (extremely expensive) modifications.
In short, Enforcers need some sort of compensation that helps even the playing field. Whether if be Double average pay, Perma-weapons, 50% Enforcer Discount on everything, Revamped witnessing to chase any Crim (and get good pay from the boss for doing so), etc.
There is an imbalance between the factions. Enforcers have it significantly easier than the Criminals.
Enforcers can witness the crims that are ramraiding, kill them, pick up items, drive to fence, ta-da. They both have to work equally for their money.
I agree with the Notoriety vs. Prestige.
Enforcers and Criminals get equal weapons last I checked. You just had the shitty luck of fighting someone that unlocked the better weapons. I always get put against Enforcers with modded weapons and I do not have any money either. Still using my basic STAR. Also, Enforcers have LTL, which are the most annoying. CCG is still a great gun. Arresting isn't supposed to be easy, it's supposed to be challenging, which is why the LTL "suck".
If they gave Enforcers any of the compensations that you have just listed, then Criminals should get Space Marine armor, bolter guns, and tanks.
I really hope your kidding, you obviously havent played at a high skill level. All the Enforcer task missions are a lot easier than the criminals. We get 8 lives in a group of 4 to complete 2 different missions carrying over. You guys get that with just 1 as a last mission as a drop off. You get VIP missions where you kill us 3 times in 15 minutes! We get 1 where we kill you 5 in 7 or 8 mins. Its ridiculously 1 sided if you look and pay attention to the missions a good amount of them are Enforcer favored. Also I have never had a mission objective that was run over an item and spam your "F" key to pick it up.
The grass is greener on the other side, we share the same missions. You don't think we have protect the VIP missions?
FYI missions are interchangeable and there aren't faction specific missions.
Also it takes a clip and a half from the CCG to stun someone

I've stunned uninjured people in around 14 shots, though
I know for a fact that Crims get facored, like closer spawns etc, on the last day of original APB I got to talk with one of the devs for about an hour, we talked about that too.
Did anyone expect this to happen? :v:

It's not like it matters when half of the players are getting OutOfMemory errors half way during missions.
Seriously, what did they do with the latest patch? I just keep getting D3D Internal Driver Error's all of the damn time.
Can enforcer cars turn on thier siren?

Actually we get VIP missions too. But that doesn't matter, VIP is bullshit. Besides, we get those missions where we have to kill you x times before the timer runs out or we lose. Literally all the criminals have to do in that instance is get a car, drive, and don't stop moving, and they've won the mission. There aren't any movement speed penalties.

Yes.
Can enforcer cars turn on thier siren?
no obviously not
it's just a lightbar there entirely for looks
what do you think?
Enforcers can witness the crims that are ramraiding, kill them, pick up items, drive to fence, ta-da. They both have to work equally for their money.
That makes complete sense... IN THEORY.
In practice, however, it fails miserably. Any criminal looking to actually make any real money from ramraiding will just join an empty server and grind it.
GAWD I seriously agree with every person in history who said that the OCA is OP. Seriously, a guy with a really modded OCA (Magpull III, cooling jacket III and reflex III, to be precise, is that an internatiol rule?) completely erases all hopes of winning for the other team. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to be jumping out of corners spraying wildly and killing every hostile player within 50 meters of your crosshair with three shots for each consistently. Had two matches against people like that today, first one was 1v1, my unmodded OCA vs that guy, who was using an LTL at the start, but when he got bored of getting killed he pulled his OCA out his ass and rage followed. Next time was three lowbies in a group doing a mission (I was one of 'em) and we had these two guys dispatched. One of them was using a STAR556 modded, the other was THAT gun. Triple kills in half of a mag? ok. Now that I think of it, both matches were the ones where you have to capture the objective and go deathmatching. Many babies died in Africa that time.
Holding Threat Level 15 title is hard man. I've lost my TL15 3 times now.
I think I'm Threat Level 9.

Now that's a rare sight.
I saw those guys the other day. They also had the Hulk with them
Oh yeah, saw an aimbotter yesterday, took everyone out, i resawn behind him, he runs down a ramp nd BAM, snaps around and kills me.
snapping around doesn't necessarily mean someone's an aimbot, it's the way the camera works, your crosshair doesn't always point where you're looking, you can run forward, look backward, enter marksmanship and BAM, insta-rage
I wanna see the person running away from you 100 m away snapping around and perfectly hitting with every shot. (ingame)
Brief review on the OBIR (burst fire combat rifle):
Personally, I find it to be a really amazing weapon. Unlike the Joker, it CAN effectively counter Snipers, or at least force them to retreat for until they heal up. Its burst fire allows for excellent range and accuracy when aimed. It's biggest fault, is that it does NOT fare well in CQB at all. Outside of Marksmenship Mode, the accuracy is terrible. I'd recommend staying at medium to long range with this one. It generally takes 2 bursts (every shot hitting) to kill a target. However, if you are in a CQB situation, try to stay in cover and get the first shot. Getting a direct hit with a full burst is a huge deterrence. My only problem is occasionally the weapon locks up momentarily between bursts, but so does the Joker (and a lot more often / worse too), so it's nothing new with weapons in this game. Overall, it looks good, sounds powerful, and hits hard. It's largest disadvantage is the dire ineffectiveness at close quarters and frequent reloading.
In my opinion, this weapon is horribly underrated, but I guess that's because most people would prefer spray weapons like SMG's

Okay. I'll take you on, snap my camera the whole time. No bot at all. Also, I am sick of being called a cheater because the STAR is so OP. Not my fault the near most powerful gun is the starter weapon.

And the SilverSurfer
I've been wondering... if I bought a 3 Point-Sling 3 upgrade (which says perm) and I threw it into a 1 slot HVR, and the HVR disappears after 10 days, would that put the upgrade back into my thingy or would it delete it with the weapon? I'm going to assume it puts it back into my thingy. I can't wait to unlock 3 Point Sling 3 + HVR + Colby RSA.
HVR is for faggots
RSA is coo' though

Goes back into your inventory once weapon elapses
It should do that.
There is a bug right now where the mod doesn't go into your locker.
Just got TL11. I've been playing great for the past 2 days. My best mission was 15 too 1

I disagree with that statement. Everyone loves getting shot with a colby then shot with an HVR a second later. Who doesn't!?

What the fuck is the point of having 2 weapons that serve the exact same purpose? What if an enemy gets close to you? With 2 exclusively long-range weapons, you'll be fucked.
That is why I use the Joker. Great at long range, 4 shot kill close range, 20 round magazine. Feels good man.
