They constraint to 32bit :v:
But really, it means game is only allowed to use 2GB of mem (or 4GB if its LAA), that means everything should fit in those 2GB, which means compressing or using lower quality textures and stuff.

I don't think it's a problem if you run 64bit OS. My textures look fine. I think it only applies to 32bit OSes and deleting those files makes the game try to use RAM as if you were on 64bit OS

just followed that and it throws up .dll errors at the start, then crashed when trying to load a district... -.-

Well, I based it off an original picture. It's not that hard to do.

For those of you asking about making symbols from pre-existing images, I'd recommend [url=http://www.xneat.com/]xneat[/url] windows manager. It gives you an advanced rightclick menu in the taskbar for any open windows.

Once you get that, you're going to want to open the image, click "Make on top", set the transparency to about 50%, choose click through, and uncheck opaque on hover. What you get ends up looking like this. [img]http://i.imgur.com/gcArm.jpg[/img]
That way you can line up the picture with the in game editor, and see the picture as an overlay to what you're doing.
I wish there was a way to make the game not crash. I tried a fix someone posted on here and I still run out of memory :sigh:

HOLY SHIT. Me and a friend + some random guy were in a mission against you guys on joker last night. You guys wrecked us. Zoey stuned and arrested me a bunch. In the mission Pachira was a VIP. We could only kill him once though.

Iv crashed about 3 times in 1 hour.. I dont remember this out of memory thing happening a year ago and my system hasnt changed at all :/

is there any way to replace the 32 bit constraints on a 64 bit system? ever since that update, my preformance is awful and when i try to quit my computer nearly explodes.
i am using netflix streaming while playing if that changes anything...

I remedy this by using my other stun nade to stun him and then leave him to be killed
ain't no-one stealin' my arrests and getting away with it
