So.. does Witnessing actually work at the moment? Youre never told about it or arresting at all during the tutorial

So whoever gets the stuff to their drop off wins and gets the money that the criminal had.

The Enforcer Benefits at Prestige 3-4 are usually better unless you catch a guy with like $1k on him.

How do I shoot out of the car? This game seems to be confusing on purpose... But I love it.

Passengers can press a movement key to hang out of the window so they can shoot. This talk about witnessing reminds me of a situation me and my friend Zoey (aka HHBlackHawk) got into as Criminals once. We were Ram-Raiding some warehouses in the southern (or northern, I forget the map's orientation) end of Financial, when an Enforcer rolls up in his truck and gets out. There's 2 of us and 1 of him, he stares, watching Zoey loot the shop, he aims his STAR at Zoey, so I aim my STAR at him. So we stand there for several minutes, a good ol' Mexican Standoff, while Zoey continues Raiding. He knows if he witnesses, I'll drop him, so he just watches us. When the van is finally full, all that's left is a single Computer. We tell him he can keep the Computer, hop in the van, and drive down the road to the Criminal Base. However, as we're unloading the van, we see the Enforcer pull in with his truck. Thinking he's going to have another go at witnessing, I take out my STAR and aim, but to our surprise, he takes out the Computer, drops it at our feet, hops back in his truck, and drives off. What a nice fellow :3:

Is this the exact same APB as before? Because I loved the first one.

I have the glowing issue too, but it's no big deal. I've gotten used to the driving, and it's much more intuitive (when you get the hang of it) than other games, meaning I drive better.

It sounds okay in Russian, but in English it's just hilarious.

I understand Russian completely and believe me, I wish I didn't. I'm genuinely annoyed by them, they're like that fat kind that sits behind you in the movie theater while chewing popcorn loudly and kicking your seat, except that you can't punch them in the face.
