RTW designed the game for x64 systems and the x32 bit constraint was on accident.
No one has bothered to fix it.

It's not a rifle, it's a big submachine gun with mid and long range capabilities. Although yes, STAR is p. nice.

If you mean the Joker SR15 Carbine, then yes. What other guns (besides SMGS and Joker, duh) can sustain accuracy on the move, fire fast as hell, not gain additional accuracy from aiming and raep erryone erryday errywhere?
