The other makes me lose brain cells with every letter they type.

Just downloaded, I'm playing on the NA East server. I'm rather enjoying it, actually. Gunplay feels pretty clunky, but eh. Oh, and it seems like everything counts as a suicide; shoot car that enemy is in, enemy rams into me and then explodes. Somehow a suicide.

They're so random, it's annoying. My OBIR can fire 2 burst in 2 seconds, or 4 bursts in 2 seconds, depending on what it feels like doing. Behavior like that in Semi-Automatics was one of the reasons I felt the Joker hadn't lived up to it's name for me. I was told it was the do-all rape rifle, shoot as fast as you click, and can take on a STAR at 10m or a Sniper at 60m. In the end I felt it's effective range was roughly 30-40 meters, and while you can attack with it at other ranges, it doesn't always hold up.

I live on the East coast of the US, how would my ping be if I joined EU1?

Bought a shotgun after hearing from my friend how hard it was, bombed on people all day. As long as you can flank well (which is easy most of the time) you can destroy. Just having trouble fighting the Pay2Win weapons and rank 180 people with fully upgraded Jokers.
