if its ghosting they are afraid of, you dont need teamspeak to do that.
and ingame voice is terrible. its way too quiet so i dont understand anyone...

He was using the overlay, that's why he got banned. Most anti-cheat services seem to detect all those overlays of VOIP programs as cheats, since they do inject themselves into the game.
