Is it just me or are smg's overpowered, I can't get 2 shots out before they kill me right after they turn a corner.
I really want to try this game out again, but I do not want to deal with Pando Media Booster.
Does anyone have a list of vehicles who's sirens you can change?
I wish there were other people on US West I could clan up with.

Would you like a clan? I used to own one but we all dropped out after they added rental weapons.
[editline]30th May 2011[/editline]
By that I would be giving you the clan to manage

Nah, you're only the 10,000th person to come here asking about it.
Here I'll get the FAQ:
FAQ

A: Social district, one of the clothing shops.
is it sad that I don't know how to access my wardrobe
You can only access it in the social district. Head over to one of the clothes-type shops in the shopping mall area and walk up to the purple terminal with a shirt on it. The ones in the clubs for some reason have been removed. You can, however, switch between outfits you already have made by going to any joker vending machine and switching them out.
Do I need to keep gamersfirst installed after APB has finished? I don't think I've needed it to launch the game, and everytime I start the gamersfirst thing it installs that pando media booster garbage.
Yes you do, because Gamersfirst client is a lot like a steam client. You can run games outside of gamersfirst.

You actually dont need the G1 launcher. Just use the launcher.exe or apb.exe in the install directory.
Can someone quickly post that memory error fix for the 32bit systems? I need to put it in the OP.
ugh I keep buying new weapons and i suck with all of them
ugh I keep buying new weapons and i suck with all of them
The STAR is the basic all-rounder.
Everything else is basically a side-grade that has specialises in a certain range and role.
Ah I see, so the social district is useful. Now I can finally get out of these basic clothes.
Are any of the Armas items worth the money? I kinda wanna waste this gift card on something.

I don't understand how some people don't understand the easiest things in this game.
Some guy asked how does he get unlocks, so I tell him you do contacts.
"And where are those?"
It was in fucking financial too. :smith:

Copied from this helpful fellow:

There's also this thing with the compression and the graphics limits, but I'm too lazy to look for it in the APB forums. Might make a lil' tut later.
[editline]29th May 2011[/editline]
Okay, 32 bit constraint removal:
1. Open up APB Reloaded/APBGame/Config/APBCompat.
2. Scroll down to the bottom, you'll find [AppHWConstraintsBucket3] and some shit underneath.
3. Copy everything under [AppHWConstraintsBucket3] and paste it OVER the contents of these "constraint buckets":
[AppHWConstraintsBucket2] and [AppHWConstraintsBucket1](they're above this one). There's a lot of weird stuff and numbers under them, you have to replace it all with the compression-free settings of the third bucket. So in the end all of the three buckets should look the same, except the numbers.
This is all probably confusing and shit, I'll try to edit the unclear parts. Also, using the launcher will reset everything to standard, you might want to keep a copy of all these. If you MUST use the launcher, do all of this after everything was checked and updated everytime before starting the game itself, but after you start the launcher.
NOTE: This will reduce your performance, probably. But extra graphics are worth it.
They probably install the game then instantly skip training
They probably install the game then instantly skip training
You can't skip training the first time you start.
You can't even skip the introduction video that tells you how to play. Unless I'm wrong, and if you are able to skip them then I refuse to help anyone who does.

By skip I meant just do it as fast as possible and not pay attention to anything.
You actually dont need the G1 launcher. Just use the launcher.exe or apb.exe in the install directory.
True, but the client still runs in the background.
Anybody want to play? I'm an Enforcer, character name is itzdracula. Server I'm on is Joker
True, but the client still runs in the background.
No you don't I have it uninstalled.
Is it just me or is this game more boring to play when it's night time in the game?
I find it hard to do more than 3 missions during dark without it feeling dull.
