That doesn't work though, since they all use the default siren and the only way to know if you can change it is to buy the car.

As far as I can tell, it's bugged. Nomatter when you go to it, or what server, it never lets you acivate it. Pressing F yeilds no result at all.

It's dumb that you can talk just to your group, only to your clan or only to the people around you instead of having to say everything to everyone all the time? You have a very dumb definition of "dumb".
