does sp00ks play this? because i saw someone named sp00ks in the game last night, i annoyed him and his 2 friends so they cornered me on a bridge but i finally got some random guy that was passing by to ram them so i could escape :v:

:siren: oh wow i just discovered G1 installs a hidden torrent client that is constantly uploading the game to other people [highlight]while you play it[/highlight] :siren: this pretty much explains all the lag issues everyone has been having, as it opens like 20 connections and eats upload bandwidth which can sometimes cause you to ping higher to the servers. I found this out when i noticed a lag spike and opened comodo to see what was using what, and i found PMB.exe eating tons of bandwidth with tons of connections out. After some research, PMB is pando media booster, basically a bittorrent application. The Fix: go to \program files(x86)\Pando networks\pando media downloader and uninstall. this will uninstall the software, and should allow you to keep playing the game as normal. i am not sure if you will still be able to download new updates, that's yet to be tested. if im late, fuck you.

Bonus points to me for using the old APB Beta launcher instead of that G1 thing, I guess.

I tried to register for APB but I don't receive the activation mail. I tried 5 different email hosts and I just don't get the mail to activate the account. What the flying fuck. Why is it so fucking broken. Any idea how to fix this shit?

If anything get someone you know to register for you and see if that works?

Anyone else have major stuttering issues when they go to the Waterfront? It's making it almost impossible to win on there because of that.

[QUOTE=Jrock455;30146901]I wish I had enough money for that fucking Jericho :smithicide:[/QUOTE] go around and find stolen vehicles then drop them at the impound lot, you get a lot of money per vehicle, also look for criminals trying to ram-raid stores, when you see them raiding it, quickly grab as many items as you can and shove them in your trunk, if they're using a stolen van take that too because you can take the items to any contacts for reward money at prestige 4 you get $99 for each small object, like a briefcase or camera, and around $144 for each heavy object for vehicles you get around $140 + (a price depending on the vehicle "cheap" "medium" etc) + (whether or not the vehicle is in pristine condition) if you're almost prestige 5 just drive on the sidewalks for a couple of minutes once you have a nice stack of cash, say around 4k-5k, you can go to the evidence vault to pick it all up and it will give you your money x 1.8 if you're prestige 4 you will make 40k in about an hour, maybe more just make sure you're in a populated district and don't do any witness missions or missions so you don't lose your money pool
