It used to kill in 2 bursts, now it kills in 3 (roughly 8 shots, up 2 from it's previous 6). And I wouldn't call it overpowered, it actually has a massive weakness, it's utter inability to hit anything while moving, which makes CQB with it [I]impossible[/I]. In fact, I would rank it behind the HVR in terms of CQB ability. Personally I keep an NFA9 and Impact Grenades to help me deal with CQB. Another weakness is the OBIR isn't meant for sustained firing. The first few bursts can be out pretty quick, but the longer you try to use it, the longer the pause in between bursts becomes. It can get as long as 3/4 a second if you try to fire off the whole magazine in one session. At medium range, depending on weapons, skill, and who shot who first, the fight could go either way. The OBIR dominates long range though, where your biggest competition are HVR's, Obeya's, and any Hunting Sight 2 / 3 weapons.

I honestly think the game was better when it was just ABP. I like the fact it's free and all, but I hate the fact I'm limited on decals. VIP should get better weapons, better cars, and more money and exp gain or whatever. But the decals restriction just depresses me.

That would make the game a pretty chatroom, with pay2win gameplay. Right now if I see a golden Ntec, it's a bit annoying, but unless a user is very skilled, it doesn't give any bonus to enemy vs me. I hate being in a group of 4, and 2 people just bugger off and wont help. Being in a 4 person group packed into a single van/truck is THE SHIT, though. Completely rapes the enemy team via drive-bys.
