No I've been out of the tutorial district for a long while, but my chat still displays tutorial messages every time I do something...
That's default. Open the full chat (pos1) and click on the gear-icon to enable/disable the kind of messages.

Click the gear next to the Chat tab (hit Home to get to it) then scroll down. You can untick "Tutorial" there.

and if you mean free2win then idk what to say.
hahahahahahahaha
nice joke.
How does paying increase your chances at all dumbass?
hats don't count as content
New weapons/maps/qualitygames do though.
How does paying increase your chances at all dumbass?
GamersFirst is always going to make it that way, the JOKER Carbine is the only permanent weapon besides the STAR, and it costs a fuckload, more than the biggest G1 Credit Pack, and (I think) all Armas marketplace weapons cost G1 Credits, which cost money.
But there is still a chance you can win without paying.

Didn't your mommy ever teach you to not say anything unless you know what you're talking about?
Every weapon in the Armas marketplace is the exact same gun you can lease with in game money. The upgrades are still the same too. The only thing Armas does is allow you to get them without having to progress and look slightly different.
This ^
hahahahahahahaha

Um, he's right.
Take the scoped ntec, it's just a remodeled ntec with a hunting sight 2 on it.
Fun Fact: G1 haven't put any new content into the game.
Fun Fact: Game is in beta.
its actually just pay2getbettergunsquicker
Oh you fucking liar.
I thought it was since I could access the site.
I was mistaken, so I removed it.
its actually just pay2getbettergunsquicker
See, this isn't so much a problem, because you know you can easily get the guns without paying.
The scoped N-tec actually has a longer effective range than the normal N-tec.
shit's back up btw
Can someone please explain how I can tell who I'm able to kill? I know that if I'm in a mission, their names will be red. But other than that, how can I tell who I can kill? I'm tired of having people come up and randomly murder me, when I had no idea I could attack them.

Shoot anything with a red name.
Have to change the APBCompat file to remove 32bit constraints everytime theres a patch :saddowns:
You can kill people with gold names too. Gold means they have level 5 notoriety and can kill whoever they please. Grey names are off limits. Green names are teammates, but you can kill them and they can kill you.
I love that. Sure you can kill your teammates. What, that guy that just walked off with that safe? Nope.
Wait so is it back up?
