I cannot figure out the well at all. It's just not there and when I check the picture in the house it won't appear.

[sp]Has the tree fallen down on the fence? Maybe consider using an axe on the roots.[/sp]
[sp]There's a large, lonely tree beyond the house area and a dark secret beneath. Try digging around.[/sp]
He really lost his shit.
[sp]He moves pretty fast for someone who spent the better part of a year wandering around the sewers with two foot-long bits of jagged metal in his leg.[/sp]
[sp]It kind of takes away from the mood when you notice he won't move any faster once he has spotted you[/sp]

[sp]I want him to increase the speed over time, encouraging hiding and running. But then again, he's a walking gangrene so he'd probably just crumble anyways[/sp]

[sp]Can he bust down the door if you brace it using that big wooden plank in the room with the tape player?[/sp]
How many survivors are there in all?
I rescued [sp]The doctor and nurse, the guy in the med lab, the mailman and the guy in the mainframe[/sp], did I miss anyone?

I think there's just three others besides those. The second Features Showcase said that it's possible that the game won't even spawn some rescuable NPCs, so I suppose those were just the ones you found.
There's definitely a few I missed, judging from the fact that [sp]I didn't get the revolver off of Terry for rescuing all the survivors and how a few of the rooms during the dream sequences at the end were vacant.[/sp]
How many side quests are there? [sp]I only recieved 2 sidequests and they were from Matthew and Ben[/sp]

You should also get one from Ben, around the first time you have to sneak around humans.

[sp]Can he bust down the door at all? He kept giving up the chase whenever I etnered that room[/sp]
Wait[sp]Angelo can actually attack you?[/sp]

[sp]No, but get too close to him and you'll wake up again.[/sp]
Does anyone have tips on[sp]how to get past the marines when you reach the Level 2 South Wing? The objective says reach the cafeteria, but I see nothing when I looked around.[/sp]

[sp]You are in the section to use stealthy right? Try to Look out for a computer in the cafeteria if so[/sp]
Damn. Just... Damn.
At first I thought the game would've gone the Metal Gear route after [sp]Matthew was revealed to be a spy[/sp] but then [sp]Jake got brained by a sniper[/sp] and it went full-on Gainax Ending.
Christ, I haven't had this many jimmies rustled since Evangelion.
Ah well, other than that this mod can easily contend for MOTY. See you in a decade for Ch. 2.
This game, this fucking game. Everytime I think it's going to end, it fucking doesn't.

It just drags on D;
At first I thought we were[sp]going for a Shawshank Redemption type of game/story,[/sp]then it turns into[sp]co-op and fighting,[/sp]then we get[sp]Gordon Freeman style killing-everybody-on-your-own.[/sp]
I can't wait to see what's next.

I think now that they got the base assets, enemy AI, gameplay and other factors in place, it'll be a lot easier for them to create the following chapters unless the devs literally try to switch it up significantly each chapter.
I really loved that generic "Have a mingun, kill everybody" scene at the end and I loved it even more after I learned that it's [sp]just Jake's fantasy[/sp]
After building the [sp]Cypher[/sp] the game keeps crashing no matter what. I've never had this problem. I just want to beat this damn game..
So after reinstalling the game. This crash is still happening. The game is practically unbeatable now. Have any of you guys had this problem? Do you know when it will be fixed?
Does anyone have an autosave on Chapter 9b? This crash is bugging the hell out of me and I just want to progress through the damn game..
Finally got this game working. Turns out that WinZip only extracted half the file for some reason.
[editline]10th September 2013[/editline]
Just played for a bit. I'm honestly surprised of how creeped out I am by the house. I've played through Amnesia without getting scared but I just get this weird feeling when I'm in there. In Amnesia it's just a monster chasing you and you hide and shit, but here I just can't expect what's gonna happen.
Might be because I changed to the YCbCr444 colour scheme for my monitor which makes everything that's close to black black completely pitch black. The rest of the colours are normal though, creating a "natural experience".
Played through the Prologue just now, relatively enjoyable aside from the goddamn chase sequence. Unfortunately, soon as I hit the loading segment as the helicopter lands in Underhell at the very beginning of chapter one.. Game crash.
[sp]So any idea who Michael is and what role he'll play?
At first he looked like another G-Man figure, but then the whole thing with the journal made him out to be an outside help with Jake's crumbling mind ala "The Doctor" from Cry of Fear.
Then I couldn't find his body after the attack in the interrogation room...[/sp]
[sp]When you exit the interrogation room, you can catch a quick glimpse of Michael in an elevator as the doors close.[/sp]
[sp]You can also see Bryan make a break for the stairwell.[/sp]
[sp]I'm betting Michael is really the Eastern Janus, seeing as he seems so interested in what the Western Janus had planned in the journal.[/sp]
Man, these guys' mapper does not know how to optimize.
i must be the only one who doesnt like this game
Alright, I've played Chapter One for a few hours now, [sp]restarted the power and then rescued the two mandatory survivors in the Medical Bay.[/sp] The zombies are getting repetitive, but I get the feeling that's gonna change real soon.
