the SDK is out if anyone didn't know HNNNNGGGG
Declared war with an empire because they kept attacking my allies cities. Crushed them into a treaty(1 city of theirs left, they gave me everything). Now I have to deal with 7 other empires declaring war with me as a result :(.
Can you play on a real world map? Also, going to buy this sometime this week I hope. Problem is, I'll have to wait like four weeks before I can actually play it since I have promised my self not to. Why? Got a ton of projects and tests coming up. :saddowns: At least I'll get three bonus maps.

I'm just building my empire. Can't wait to kick the arse of Alexander, he's a douche. Seriously, insulting me like that.
I have Civ revolution on PS3 but I could never really get into it, I'm guessing it's one of the worser ones?
Yeah, it is.

But I've have to eliminate those chinese and siam guys first and ghandi probably having a party on the other island, because i suddenly saw that Copenhagen was conquered. Solution to never-ending peace treaties: Nuke 'em.
how do i see when a current peace treaty ends? i've been waiting for fucking ages for my treaty to end so i can kill these damn arabs my units have been flocking and waiting outside their cities like a bunch of horny rabbits with gun powder
you have 8 uranium, go start spamming nukes
Russia seems to love me for now, we both try to eliminate any opposition. Also my game crashed. :(

Hopefully getting this tomorrow. I want it badly.
it's been going for over 30 turns... i think my game is glitched.
Shouldn't play on easy.
Is there any cheats to Civ V yet? I'm 7 rounds away from a Cultural Victory, and the time runs out. [editline]06:06PM[/editline] I've already lost, but I'd atleast like to win
Yet again, another question. This game covers plenty of eras. Does it have the first world war as well? As in, the units etc.
Yet again, another question. This game covers plenty of eras. Does it have the first world war as well? As in, the units etc.
It has some First World War Era units yes but apart from that it's just classed as the industrial era or modern era.
Yet again, another question. This game covers plenty of eras. Does it have the first world war as well? As in, the units etc.
Not really. You have to use a little imagination, since there's the industrial age and that's when you get an "infantry" unit which you could say belongs both to WW1 and WW2. Typically in civ games you have to use imagination if you want it to be historically accurate, like how any military unit has only a few men in it, you have to think "these men merely represent the entire unit, so in reality I'd have 3,000 soldiers there, not just 3 as I can see", and say that unit is an archer unit, no sane general would send 3,000 archers alone to battle, they'd always be accompanied with some regular troops to defend the archers, so you have to imagine that out of those 3,000 soldiers, only 2,500 are actually archers, and there are some leaders there too who don't actually fight but only give orders and coordinate. Well now I'm just writing too much, I'm sure you guys got what I meant to say.
What are the profits of mutual coopeartive pact? Also does a secret alliance make any difference?
Made a game and I am superior with my military forces, although I want a scientific victory..
Can you still play with World Builder enabled, so I can drop fuck tons of barbarian units?

When I had some battles in the demo it reminded me of when I used to play as a kid with plastic soldiers and stuff and besides. I got the Total War series whenever I feel like having huge battles.
Well Civilization was always a nice simulation of managing an empire. It's simple yet complex at the same time. Love the graphics, although the 2D graphics suit the game more.
Me and GoldenBullet just had a pretty fun match in MP, after defending against barbarians who just kept coming we both just expanded like crazy. The end result after about 1 hour and 30 mins: My city: GoldenBullet's city: It was awesome.
Mod tools are out :buddy:
What's the multiplayer like? is it just like singleplayer but without AI, or are there specific modes?
God damn it this game is confusing!
