My body is ready for this game.
I'll miss waging holy war to force Taoism upon the infidels.
The full manual has just been released: http://www.civilization5.com/#/community/feature_manual
You can also purchase offcial DLC (Downloadable Content) from within Steam. Make sure to check back often for the latest information on available maps, mods, scenarios, and new leaderhead downloads.
Maybe successful mods could be turned into DLC?
For all you know they may be flying with gold or patrolled by ninja dinosaurs.
Wait what?
I'm honestly surprised this hasn't been leaked. Usually games this popular get leaked a weekish before release. [editline]10:32AM[/editline] That just means they have good employees.
Can't wait.
wait, cities can grow to 37 hexes? Holy Shit
wait, cities can grow to 37 hexes? Holy Shit
That's good, more stuff to nuke.
I can't seem to open the Pdf. guide.
I can't seem to open the Pdf. guide.
Have you tried right click -> save as? That's what I had to do.
Yeah, that worked thanks.
Never played a Civ game before, and I'm interested in checking this one out. I hear there will be a demo, so I'll wait to play that. I've never been huge into TBS strat games but I remember having fun with Advance Wars and the idea of running an entire civilization sounds really appealing to me.
If my memory of Civ IV serves me right, it's a good series for that kind of thing. Shame I can't find the CD. D:
Knowing Steam, they'll have another sale on. Last time they did I bought the steam version of the complete Civ 4 collection (Civ4, BTS, WL, Colonization) for £12.

Oh hey, 'tis 35€ on G2Play.net.

Just 4 more days!
Just 2 more turns...
Just 1 more turn. No wait, 1 more. Hm, i better finish that city first. Okay, just want to train new warrior then i quit for the day. Oh, bastard attacked me! Better teach him a little lesson!... I always end up playing Civilization up to 5 hours after the time i told myself to stop.
Just pre-ordered.
1 day, 18 hours...
Yes, but people tend to avoid G2Play, as most people are not quite sure on the legality of the site and its keys.
It never caused any problems for me, the only keys from that site that were banned were the Modern Warfare 2 keys but they were banned on request of the developers and not because Steam decided to.
Correction: 1 day, 11 hours...
Oh god, no sleep on the night of the 21st
No sleep on the week of the 21st.
I'm terrible at Civilization games but I love them dearly. No school work is going to get accomplished this week.
FUUUUUUUUUCK, I work the 21st and second.
Take it someone has been speedier than me in going "GOD FUCKING DAMN EUROPE 24th FUCK"
This game looks sexy, I love the Civ series.
The Roman Empire shall crush all who stand in its path.
