How do I create my own city names?

Guys could Civilization V run on a 1 gb of ram and a 1.6 Ghz Processor? Otherwise I'd just play Civ IV yeah.

In my current game Gandhi has spread his civ in a line up the middle of the continent, he's attacking genghis khan at the moment and I can't go help him without going through Gandhis line of cities.

He's allied with almost every city state, he's currently steamrolling poor Catherine, and he's denounced just about everyone. It's like this world isn't good enough for him.

And besides, Bismarck is probably a much better leader than Hitler in every respect. If I got the choice, I'd still take the man who united Germany over the man who almost caused its collapse.

There are countless WW2 movies with Hitler, now we can't have a game that can allow you to play as him? Why don't ban the "EVIL RUSSIAN" games in Russia too? Or the whole COD series in Germany for that matter.

Because CoD hasn't been in World War 2 since World at War, and even then wasn't it mostly Japanese?

I gave up on my game because it was like 2010, and he was destroying everyone, and I knew I didn't stand a chance at winning any kind of victory.
