I'm playing on Marathon, and dear jesus, it's awesome but it's basically like "fuck any plans you had for the night", was planning on going to the movies but I lost track of time jesus
Sir. Marathon does not eat evenings. Marathon eats days. Weeks, if you plan on world domination
I turned off every victory except Domination what have i done
I dont think its worth $30. I mean thats a ton of stuff but cmon $30 thats as much as the game. Now $20 i think is a good deal.
It's not a DLC, it's an expansion pack, which has a lot of content. At release it's going to be a lot bro, Civ 5 was 60 bucks at release, it may not be half a game's content, but it's definitely worth that price, considering I have no way of making money and am still buying games off of my birthday money which was 4 months ago, and I'm buying it for a friend also, I think I can say it's worth it.
I'm fairly new to the Civilization series, so I don't know if this is normal or I'm doing it wrong but; my current game has been going for about 40 turns (1480 BC) now and I've only just founded my second city. Am I slow or is this just a really long game?
40 turns? Nah, that's fine. [editline]30th May 2012[/editline] Well, depends on how you're wanting to play and the game speed, but unless you're trying to grab as much land as possible and are playing on short that sounds fine.
that's fast

The thing that always amazed me about the game when I first played it was how each Civilization used their language instead of all speaking the same one. Of course, after 100+ hours of playing the game, it's the same stuff. [editline]30th May 2012[/editline] http://www.civilization5.com/godsandkings/uk/civilizations/index.php Oh god, I have a feeling this bitch will burn everytime I come across her.
I've been trying to calculate maximum gold/science yields I can get out cities to see if there's a general correlation in the focus/production combinations. I'll come back when I have actual data as I thought produce wealth/science was a 50% conversion, it's only 25%. Lots of bad math everywhere.

So it's time to be optimistic; I'm wondering if someone who bought the civ 5: goty would be willing to trade it for 10€ and some indie games. Just send me a pm if you're interested.
http://www.2kgames.com/blog/civilization-v-is-coming-to-the-steam-workshop So they're adding Steam Workshop to the game.
fuck yes, what kinda mods are there other than scenarios? like can I make my own units?
Holy shit, landships and zepplins? Now I'm finally going to get Civ 5
Damn. The Byzantium leader is hot :v: [editline]2nd June 2012[/editline] The hell is up with all these new female leaders? Did someone write a nasty leader about feminism or something?
fuck yes, what kinda mods are there other than scenarios? like can I make my own units?
There are many overhaul mods, some smaller mods, custom map scripts and maps, custom wonders, loads of stuff. The influx of female leaders is probably because the base game only has 3 female leaders(China,Russia,England) out of 18 total and the dlcs have 1 female leader(Spain) out of 6. So currently, there are only 4 female leaders, this adds 4 more(Austria,Carthage,Byzantium,Celts), and also 5 males, not including the inclusion of the spain dlc into gods and kings. So with the base game, all dlcs and gods and kings, there are only 8 female leaders out of 33. I find it reasonable that they added so many in the expansion.
Theodora makes me cum all day
Theodora makes me cum all day
Attila really does it for me.
Expansion isn't worth it if they can't fix multiplayer and other issues such as city spamming being the best strategy no matter what.
Attila really does it for me.
austria all the way baby
austria all the way baby
Ja you really like those thundering dinner rolls don't you, baby?
austria all the way baby
I love how hot she says "Oostenreich". Makes me cum.
It should be Österreich :v:
Playing as Russia right now. China has been my ally since the wee days of civilization, but she's starting to eye me funny because of my recent line of conquests. I've got five nukes in the works. If she so much as looks at any of my cities China is going to taste the fury of nuclear fire :v: I love Civ V.
You know what, I have played Civ 5 since it was released and never used a nuke. wonder what the graphic looks like.
