August 17 to 21.
who's gonna wait until then :sigh:
I would tell them I'd hire them on the condition that they tell me the secrets they know, but then afterwards tell them to piss off and not give them the job. Rate friendly.
It's already confirmed to be a typo. I found trouble in that when I noticed the 0 is on the other side of the keyboard. And you're right, but they are going to have an UPDATED source engine when it comes out.
no problems here
CS2 is being made, just not by Valve and not under that name. Counter-Strike 2 AKA Tactical Intervention is being developed by Gooseman.
who's gonna wait until then :sigh:
We've waited four fucking years, I can wait a whole two months
CS2 is being made, just not by Valve and not under that name. Counter-Strike 2 AKA Tactical Intervention is being developed by Gooseman.
TI has no affiliation with either Valve or CS2.
TI has no affiliation with either Valve or CS2.
it uses source :v:
CS2 is being made, just not by Valve and not under that name. Counter-Strike 2 AKA Tactical Intervention is being developed by Gooseman.
that's not CS2 for fuck's sake
Are you fucking serious? If it's beating Call of Duty games in terms of players on the PC, then making Counter-Strike 2 would give them millions of sales. It would be so far away from being a waste of time and money it they would pay them billions and they would get younger making it.
notice how much people are still playing CS, when CSS is available.
http://store.steampowered.com/stats/ I dunno it looks like more people are playing CSS. Plus those games are old as hell, and CSS was only a graphical update, imagine if they made a real CS2.
53,855 64,156 Counter-Strike: Source 53,309 61,699 Counter-Strike 500-5000 person difference. What makes you think that people would just jump over to a new game when they are the best at their current game? Most CS and CSS players play it every day, and most of them do tournaments, too. Quake is a good analogy of this.
I played CSS for the first time in ages. I barely managed to keep up with 1 kill per round.
I wonder if Lulzsec gonna hack Valve and leak Half life 2 ep3/Half life 3 i hope they don't.
I wonder if Lulzsec gonna hack Valve and leak Half life 2 ep3/Half life 3 i hope they don't.
SHUSH, they can smell fear
Valve has no good reason to make a new Counter-Strike game right now. The original and Source versions are still the top 2 games played on Steam and even the Call of Duty games haven't been able to dethrone them on the PC yet. Making a CS2 right now would be a waste of time, money, and effort on Valve's part. Besides, what could they possibly add to a realism-shooter that hasn't already been used by some other game?
No.
3rd is Football Manager? The fuck?
Idiots.
SHUSH, they can smell fear

Idiots.
What?
What?
People playing football manager, it's the worst game I have ever seen.
People playing football manager, it's the worst game I have ever seen.
Oh, now I understand. Excuse me while I jump out of a window. [editline]18th June 2011[/editline]
We've waited four fucking years, I can wait a whole two months
I can't believe everyone thinks that we don't get enough Half Life Ok, listen. Sure, HL is my favorite game series ever, but I don't think we need it constantly, I enjoy waiting for something if it's going to be better. Let's see. Timeline of Valve Games 1. Half Life 1 2. Half Life 2 3. Half Life 2: Episode 1 4. Half Life 2: Episode 2 +Lost Coast and the 3 gearbox games (Blue shift/Opposing Force/Decay) AND Codename Gordon. AND with those we got Team Fortress Classic, Deathmatch Classic, Half Life: Source, Counter Strike, Counter Strike: Source, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Alien Swarm but they didn't take any time away from Valve's game release dates. If you total ALL of those half life (Related) Games together, that's 9 fucking Half Life games in a row, so people shouldn't be all fucked at Valve because they can't handle 3 games and 4 damn years of waiting for a game that's probably going to be 110% quality. Jesus, I mean, c'mon guys, they've made it worth the wait, don't start fucking complaining.
People playing football manager, it's the worst game I have ever seen.
It's not quite a game, more of a spreadsheet simulator.
Counter Strike, Counter Strike: Source, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Alien Swarm
how are these half life
thats like saying team fortess classic is technically team fortress 2
Team Fortress 2 is the squeal to Team Fortress for quake, TFC was a filler. And if I'm wrong, Team Fortress 2 isn't like TFC opposed to how Counter Strike isn't like Source, CS 1.6 and CS:S is pretty much comparable just Source has better graphics, TF2 has so much changed from TF1/TFC [editline]20th June 2011[/editline]
how are these half life
Portal is set in the same time space as Black Mesa.. Counter Strike and TFC aren't really Half Life but utilized the goldsrc engine and TFC borrowed many models and sounds from HL1 Alien Swarm has no relevance to anything but it is sort of like Half Life with its weird type of zombies/creatures.
Only a rummor.
People playing football manager, it's the worst game I have ever seen.
Completely disagree. I've sunk many hours into Football Manager because no matter how much it looks like a apsreadsheet, it's entralling, if you're in to football. It's like having a window into a different world, and I personally find the statistics it generates fascinating. In some sense, it's no different from a Pokemon game, except every Pokemon is different and there are hundreds of thousands of them.

Quake is a good analogy of this.
About that... I think most of the players shown for CS 1.6 are fake. The reason to my theory is because most of every server on the serverlist is fake, and redirects you to one of 7 usually. All of these fake servers are filled with fake people though, making it look like the server is legit. There are thooousends of these stupid fake servers/players.
Steam gets it's stats from what people are playing, not how many are on a server.
ahahaha XD
Please don't do that.
