I bought Team Fortress 2 first and this was followed by buying The Orange Box. I payed for two copies but I was still overjoyed with how kind Valve are for making it free.

I got TF2 with the Orange Box. I mostly got the Arange Box for Portal and the two episodes. Also I really like the proof of purchase so im fine with the F2P. We get more people to play with.

This could be remedied by changing the premium requirements to "Buy $20 (Or however much the game cost) worth of merchandise from the Mann Co. store".

If you bought it, chances are you got your money's worth. But really, the microtransaction system for tf2 was going to be inevitable. If you bought it a week before it went f2p you got probably send in a ticket and there'd be a chance of being able to exchange it for a different game.

If you bought it a week before it got F2P then you don't have to buy anything in the Mann Co. Store and you got a hat too. :v:

I like how Valve replaced the TF2 + Gmod bundle with CS:S + Gmod. They should have had that deal all along, because CS:S is almost essential for Gmod.
