Does the Deus Ex HR Leak link to steam or something? What's up with that.
Does the Deus Ex HR Leak link to steam or something? What's up with that.
Not if you use the crack.
Just realised Eidos Montréal is making Thief 4 too, I have high hopes for that now. They've done a fantastic job with this so I'm sure they can do the same for that too.

But still, it's encouraging to at least know they're under the same roof as these guys.

also the swat uniforms are boss [editline]4th June 2011[/editline] also i could have SWORN i heard the guy that plays as one of the unatco grunt dudes (all of them?) just chilling as a swat guy. maybe it was the guy that plays as that hacker nerd blondie guy at the beginning of the game that works for unatco
Unfortunately it's a totally different team. But still, it's encouraging to at least know they're under the same roof as these guys.
How big are they? I was thinking they'd move more people to the project after Deus Ex 3 had gone gold.
Replay value and massive fucking around/exploring is included in that 12 hours.
except i can't finish any side missions because i keep getting kicked back to the main menu
Is there a trainer for the leak yet?
Is there a trainer for the leak yet?
I would also like to know this.
No I meant the guard who patrols by the laser-guarded door. I couldn't find a way past him without using his body to get through it.
Max invisibility and power cells did the trick.
Max invisibility and power cells did the trick.
I don't like the amount of time it takes to recharge a single cell. Also there is a bug I think. Eat several hydrocarbon bars at once and they all get wasted on one cell. They just allow you to charge the next cell, but they won't make it go much faster. You need to wait until the cell is full before eating the next one. I miss maintenance and medical robots in some locations.
Silencer is sold by a dealer in one of the apartments, the one with the MCB punks in it. Also the cameras are automated. I killed everyone in the Police Station and they still worked.
I think the cameras are just motion and heat sensitive and launch the alarm if they spot intruders. They can tell that Jensen is up to no good with magic. Edit: Also about the cheat engine thing someone posted a couple of pages earlier: I just end up getting 3 million values even when i do everything the guide says. Edit3: Can someone just post the address which you need to modify here. Edit2: Oh shit I found where the neuropozyne(?) thief stashed the drugs in the Sarif building. Go to the helipad service access tunnel and there's a sign pointing to "street level parking". There is an openable vent cover nearby and you can crawl in to a big ventilation shaft. On the bottom there is a pocket secretary and a stash of drugs.
Edit3: Can someone just post the address which you need to modify here.
nope, addresses are not static and change all time you startup the game or load something, what you need is called a pointer, they don't change.
Protip: first modify your XP value, it's much easier to find, and earn like 24 Praxis points. Then use those points as pointers.
Edit2: Oh shit I found where the neuropozyne(?) thief stashed the drugs in the Sarif building.
Spoiler tag that shit. I didn't want to know the location, nor did I want to know how to get there.
Spoiler tag that shit. I didn't want to know the location, nor did I want to know how to get there.
These threads are kind of about discussing the game and the things in the game. If you can't handle that then you should probably just stop reading it.
I have confidence this will be one of the best games ever made and one of my favorite games ever. The first 2 hours aren't that good, but after you get in detroit, oh boy! According to the developers the levels get more complex the further you get, so I can't wait for Montreal and Shanghai So happy this turned out exactly as I suspected :')
A question... [sp]Isn't the guy in the first cutscene talking with the anonymous people the same who talks to that UNATCO officer in the first cutscene of the first Deus Ex?[/sp] [sp]Bob Page?[/sp] Yes it is. DAMN I love this game!
http://www.moarfunz.com/stream/checalov/ Streaming the leak!
These threads are kind of about discussing the game and the things in the game. If you can't handle that then you should probably just stop reading it.
Ummm, the game isn't out yet and spoiler tags are there for a reason. Hint: They are there to hide spoilers!!
Ah bloody hell Procaster is lagging my game so bad.
I'm amazed they kept their "PC" promise true. The game feels like PC game to me.
except i can't finish any side missions because i keep getting kicked back to the main menu
Don't go all the way to the last warehouse mission and explore the whole of detroit? Replay and do a ghost run/non-lethal?

Now how the hell did he get those. Couldn't have just sat and recorded it there's always some background noise when I try. There's some others on that channel as well.
Swag. Now how the hell did he get those. Couldn't have just sat and recorded it there's always some background noise when I try.
probably extracted from game files.
