I was hoping the melee attacks were a weapon.....

Did anyone else waltz through the beta in about 4 hours? It honestly didn't seem that long, and I hope that it really wasn't 1/3rd of the game.

I spent about 2 hours doing the factory mission (explored and restarted saves a lot to toy with the mechanics) and an hour doing side missions and exploring the Detroit hub.

With all the emails and notes it makes a nice picture. Rushing a game sucks.

Which is funny because I had no invisible barrier at the end of the build. Just works on some PCs and on others not.

Adam has 40 to 50% of his body augmented whereas Gunther is probably at 80% or something. Gunther only really had his arm and basic info link/sub-vocal comm implant in Icarus.[/sp]

I really wanted this game to be 30ish hours at the pace I was going. But at the pace I was going it will be a lot shorter

Bare in mind that you wont be able to go to all the places in the game in one single run.

Hah, I got my DNF Steam Pre-order refunded. Time to pre-order Deus Ex instead.

[sp]Jensen's the miraculous Patient X, who's body doesn't attack the Augments, but... fuses, not the correct word, I'd guess accept would be better[/sp]

After that, it's just a matter of jumping on top of the dumpster pile and then jumping onto the walkway platform.

I wish we were able to do takedowns without using energy. That would be awesome but would probably make the game extremely easy.

Where can I find snacks and stuff?
