I love the black and orange.
hey i'm stuck trying to get [sp]the blackmail stuff to help one of the scientists who was stealing medicine, i'm in the guys apartment and i checked his computer but i can't find the blackmail stuff..[/sp]
Wasn't there a safe as well? I'm not sure, it's been a while since I did that mission.
Maybe? I'll check later.. I got into their storage thing where they had a few pistols and a praxis kit and it wasn't in there.
I've convinced him into cooperating by using an aug. Not sure about the alternatives, but you could stun the guy who has the tape and probably loot it from him.
Considering the length of the leak and the convenient time for the end of it (right before shit gets real; it's almost like a cliffhanger really), I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't a sneaky marketing scheme they've pulled. What better way to appease the cynics than with the actual (first 1/4th of) the game? What better way to appease everyone else then by word of mouth from the cynics who've changed their mind?

You'll never find out!
It felt shorter than 1/4 of the game. It definitely wasn't 12 hours.

Someone told me they beat the leak in 10 hours. :v:
It's really like 3 or 4, and there's only 3 main missions in it.

Only if you stay on the straight and narrow path, without deviating to explore or do sidequests.

I explored far too much (damn that maze of a city) and did two or three side missions. Either I missed out on a bunch of sidemissions or misjudged how long I was playing. Maybe both.

'AKA' run through the game like a Call of Duty player: Shit is so linear.
RPS took 10 hours to beat it, this is the exact same build they got to play for their "10 things you'll be thinking while playing Deus Ex 3" article. I hope this is less than 30% of the final game though.

I guess I lost track of time when I played it. :tinfoil:
There's 5 hubs (?) and the starting one is the smallest I think, so it's probably 1/4th, 1/5th of the game
5 hubs? FUCKING AWESOME.
Can't wait for downtown detroit.
I only see 3 bosses though, unless they reuse all of them twice.
I thought there were only 3 hubs? Detroit, Shangai, and Montreal.

Only if they picked up the invisible pieces left behind by Barret. I don't see him coming back tbh.

Those are the locations you can visit in the game - stepat201 was talking about the hubs and so far three have been confirmed.
You should know because you sent me out to Milwaukee to see my performance.

Yeah, how you feeling? Have you been already at the LIMB and seen Dr. Markovic? I paid some good sum so you can stock up there. Also contact me once you got that hub from the hacker.

Obviously it isn't 30%.

Today felt good. But I never asked for this.
