Even when I don't have that aug I don't use healthpacks either. Those medbots go a long way if you use them right.
too bad medbots and utilitybots are gone now, I miss the free recharge.
Wait so is there aug power still or what?
Wait so is there aug power still or what?
yes and your body can only recharge the first cell once all are empty. since lethal/non-lethal melee take downs even chew up energy you can never have enough.
yes and your body can only recharge the first cell once all are empty. since lethal/non-lethal melee take downs even chew up energy you can never have enough.
Its balanced. If you could melee takedown everyone you would be unstoppable.
i guess this was proven to be 100% correct quite some pages ago, check the limb clinic and megan's office
[sp]So what did Megan do to him that was so horrible?[/sp]
[sp]So what did Megan do to him that was so horrible?[/sp]
you might want to spoiler tag that for the other people. anyway, here is my answer: [sp]she used him for his research without asking him, aka stealing his DNA, spying on him etc. I'm sure she loves him deep down her heart, but she didn't ask him to become her lab rat,[/sp] :q: [sp]so it's immoral what she did and she feels bad about it.[/sp]
He never asked for this.
What a shame.

I can't wait to have the full game and find out what that piece of void even is. [/sp]

Judging from the trailers only Eliza can tell us what this is about. The press build did nothing, but hyping me even more for the game.

Seriously doubt its a weapon of some sort.[/sp]
[sp]Its a geo thermal plant from the looks of it. Though obviously they could have anything down there. Random question: Also why does this guy in the HR comics always say "Deus Ex" once he kills someone? I'll head off now, it's late here.

"You will soon have your god, and you will make it with your own hands".
They ship a lot of cargo to it, so if it's a power plant, whatever they do is chewing up jiggawatts of electricity.
Obviously one of those nanoforgethingies that were used to create the grey death (and Ambrosia) in DX1
Its balanced. If you could melee takedown everyone you would be unstoppable.
I find it to be a bit... Bad. They could have made a different system, like half a bar for a single takedown (being able to regen the rest of the bar, even if not the last), and a full bar for 2 takedowns at the same time/close to each other in time space (depleeting the bar) Either something like that, or something else. Restrain us from doing melee takedowns every time we feel like it but still being able to do them and use the other stuff without doing math to count the seconds you'll need to go from A to B with the cloak and so on... Still, its not that bad. Just hope there are alot of those cyberboost bars around the game. Speaking of that thing in the middle of the ocean. I found it to look extremely cool looking. Seems excelent for a final boss fight or something of the sort. And a nice place to meet with Megan again, as said. If this game isnt GOTY... I don't know what is.
If this game isnt GOTY... I don't know what is.
Skyrim prob
Deus Ex 3 will be the game that's remembered, similar to Deus Ex
Will there be anything similar to the G.E.C.K. or source SDK for this game? I could imagine some quite good custom locations for this game, sort of like challenge rooms, except entire buildings.
Deus Ex 3 will be the game that's remembered, similar to Deus Ex
Unfortunately I doubt most gamers will even touch this game or even play it right.
Deus Ex 3 will be the game that's remembered, similar to Deus Ex
This. I doubt it will sell all that well. Wont be GOTY though, too many big name franchises in the works and you know how much the gaming press love to eat that up.
This. I doubt it will sell all that well. Wont be GOTY though, too many big name franchises in the works and you know how much the gaming press love to eat that up.
A game with almost 0 creativity (MW3) will beat a game that is wholly unique (DX3)

A majority of gamers aren't thinkers. If it does make GOTY, it'll be all the sweeter, but I'll enjoy DE no matter what. :buddy: [editline]15th June 2011[/editline]
A game with almost 0 creativity (MW3) will beat a game that is wholly unique (DX3)
Basically this
