This thread needs more tools for the augmented.
Zyme is a helluva drug. I've always treated it as some kind of random psychotropic drug that just exists in the future. Maybe some kind of super LSD or shit.
reminds me how I stole a bottle of whiskey at Sarif Industries, went to my apartment in Detroit and had a chug-a-lug like in the trailers. was some good shit judging by how blurred my vision was. too bad that I didn't check the beer I've found, gave it to that hobo woman near the HQ.
If I preorder the augmented edition on steam, will all of the extras be available as downloads or will the be sent by mail?
By the way guys, do you think this will come out as a good avatar? I have the current one on my Steam too so I want some variety.
Funfact - the "Deal With It" sunglasses were originally inspired by JC's shades, bringing the reference full circle.
If I preorder the augmented edition on steam, will all of the extras be available as downloads or will the be sent by mail?
I doubt you will get any physical collectibles that way.
I doubt you will get any physical collectibles that way.
Alright, just making sure. Sorry if it was a dumb question.
Isn't she from France? [editline]22nd June 2011[/editline] http://deusex.wikia.com/wiki/Anna_Navarre [editline]22nd June 2011[/editline] ughn nevermind, that wikia isn't so good on her character, had to double check on another source: "She stands at 5'10 and has a Russian accent, although she is really Israeli." you're right, I didn't even know.
huh I didn't know "Flatlander" was slang for Israeli. I assumed it was a reference to Flatland, where women are lines.
Also, one last question: If I preorder on steam, I get the extra mission (Tong's Rescue), right?
Also, one last question: If I preorder on steam, I get the extra mission (Tong's Rescue), right?
honestly, I don't know. I think it's only in the explosive mission pack, but I'll check that. [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] http://deusex.wikia.com/wiki/Deus_Ex:_Human_Revolution_Preorder_Packs [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] the collectors & augmented edition as well
So no one wants a stream of the leak? :(
So no one wants a stream of the leak? :(
Kinda played it to death already, I'd prefer if we compile a list of items and put numbers on the map where to find them. I wonder if there are still hidden rooms for me to discover, didn't explore the sewers all that much to be honest. [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] Once I found a breakable wall down there and punched a hole into it, had some edibles and ammo inside. Pretty sure there is more.
Eh' alright, just thought some people might enjoy a playthrough where I kill everybody I meet.
I think the ones who still didn't play the press build don't want anything to get spoiled, you could make some videos though like Dr Bob where you just go postal. [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] i'm off, it's late
I'm considering picking the collectors edition, but the price jump from the augmented edition on steam for 45$, to 130$ for Collectors is a little big, thoughts ?
I'm considering picking the collectors edition, but the price jump from the augmented edition on steam for 45$, to 130$ for Collectors is a little big, thoughts ?
wat?
wat?
They're thinking about getting the CE. The CE is bit more pricey than the AE. They desire our advice whether to get it or not.
Augmented (via steam) has all the preorder bonuses, right? And the only difference between Augmented and Collectors is the action figure, and 90 dollars?
I really love the boxart for the collector's edition, shame there's no way I'm spending that amount of money on a game.
Anyone fancy having a go at augmenting my heavy here?
I'd ask for an augment for my avatar, but I'm certain it wont look good in shades.
It's going to be released, in 6 months More progress and news, in 6 months (See what I did thar? No?) I'm getting the Collector's Edition, Seriously cannot wait for new videos on the game :neckbeard:

dug out my avatar cause I'm pretty pumped for the game now. Augmented edition pre-ordered and waiting patiently.
From the mythical city on the hills.
Quit screwing around
Augmented (via steam) has all the preorder bonuses, right? And the only difference between Augmented and Collectors is the action figure, and 90 dollars?
Anybody? I need to know before I preorder.

God dammit, you've failed me V1. :argh: [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] Shit, I don't even see it on the website. What. Maybe the window to pre-order CE closed? [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] Oh, CE boxes get signed and numbered. I think someone cocked up on the copy paste. Don't recall AE getting the toys..
AE doesn't get the 10k ingame credits and the Jensen figurine. I think that's the only difference between the two besides the box art. Was hesitant about pre-ordering the CE but I ended up doing it after seeing the leak.
