He wouldn't talk to me, he said he wanted a blowjob and a car :frown:
But then I searched his office (I'd already been there before), found the storage area in the garage and told Cassandra Megan didn't suffer at all.
Square Enix has given CVG the first in a series of behind-the-scenes Deus Ex: Human Revolution videos - and it's a stunner.
In the first video SE's Eidos Montreal development team introduces you to its version of the Deus Ex universe, which is mostly made up of golds and blacks, plus some rather sexy sci-fi environments.
The next two videos in the series will appear shimmering on the CVG front page over the next few weeks.
For those desperate for more lovely Deus Ex footage NOW however, have a look at the official Deus Ex E3 trailer that thunder-rocketed online earlier this month.
Human Revolution is out on August 26 in Europe.

I have a question about the Motherly Ties mission: [sp]How do I get Officer Wagner to talk? I messed up when I talked to him and searching his office didn't help.[/sp]
[sp]Hack his computer and read his emails, one of them has a conversation between him and some person, then you automatically use it to extort the information from him[/sp]
Why is no one talking about the new preview here?

msn video sucks anyway
Because we all played the leak?

It does look very interesting though. Just reinforces my hype for this game further.
It has a bit of Shanghai inside.

no big revelations though, I can't get over the silly release date to be honest.

[sp]I tried that after I talked to him and he tells me to fuck off. Am I supposed to search his office before I talk to him?[/sp]
I want Montreal Footage!
I would really like to play the leak too, but I always get stuck at 80%.
Sigh....
Hoping the full game have alot more augmentations. I want the ability to rip my enemy's flesh with my dick.

My pigeon is augmented.
[sp] I know that's not a pideon[/sp]

Excuse my interruption, my Robin is augmented.
I kinda don't like that you have a few augs already unlocked at the start, I get why it makes sense, but what use have aug slots that are unlocked by default? I hope they have a story twist in the final game where you lose all your augs and you can rechoose from the real 0 point of having none of them.
new trailer, nothing special

What you've seen is what you get. I think it would be hard to balance any more out given the length of the game.

You only start with the basics, [sp]2 batteries, lethal and non-lethal takedowns, comm systems, visual augmentation, half-a-radar, basic hacking. That's it I think.[/sp]
You played the leak, right? You start with full health system augs, and full comm augs, I don't want that tbh, it feels useless if he gives me two complete aug categories that are already fully unlocked. And you get that form the start of the game.

I'd love if health regen was something that you have to unlock first, because it would make the game so more tense to not have regenerating health.
[sp]Health aug's just the regen and something that keeps your heart alive, comm aug's subvocal chatter so you can talk to comm without others hearing and implanted comm so you don't need external gear for it[/sp]
I don't understand people (in fiction and in reality) who protest about upsetting the balance of nature.
e.g. purists in Human Revolution
If it were "upsetting the balance of nature", then why would humans have acquired the capability to harness mechanical augmentations in the first place? If everything in the universe follows a strict set of rules (at least, as strict as purists make them out to be), then why would the power even fall in the hands of the human race to begin with?

Already had some augs active in the first game from the start, don't see the problem.
Playing the game without regen health given all the systems that are built around it, economy included, would be suicide.
You got that in DX1 as well. Flashlight and infolink. And IFF HUD
I liked how HP regen worked in the original--only if you had the Regeneration augmentation and you had it cycling.
Really forces you to make a decision since augmentations are permanent.

Humans don't naturally bond with augmentations, it is essentially forced with the drug.
[sp]Though its looking like Adam was tampered with to evolve so he can use augs.[/sp]

naturalistic fallacy

Augmentations in DEHR are permanent as well. Only difference is that [sp]you start with all of them installed.[/sp]

More like people always need something to whine about. Like in real life!

Hardly see how thats a spoiler. He just needs to unlock them all.
Well in DX1 they simply weren't in your system. In DX3 [sp]they are but they're not accessible. Like that stupid humans-only-use-10%-of-their-brains myth. [/sp]
EDIT: Also! Preordered Augmented via Steam!
Hardly see how thats a spoiler. He just needs to unlock them all.
Not unlock, adapt to them.
Augmentation 101 :science:

In terms of lore yeah but the system is equivalent to unlocking.
