Sure there would be riots and chaos, but in the end the states would become probably more independent again. Less centralized and depending on the aquinas hub. Tong 'hates' technology, that kind of technology at least. The helios ending always seemed to drastic and unbelievable to me. Every ending is supposed to have a downside. Surely the music files are somewhere in the installation of the leak.

If the music file was taken directly from the game's installation files then the audio from the cinematic shouldn't be there.
