How is King's Bounty? It looks interesting.

My friend's birthday is tomorrow. I was thinking about getting him a game on sale on Steam but he's not much of pc gamer. He already has Steam but his computer's shite and can't run much. Can anyone suggest a good game with low system requirements? Edit: I might get Terraria.
Did the anime styled girl for the banner interest you too?
Lol, no the screenshots did. And I've heard from a few friends it's pretty good. Just don't know anything about it.

Did they already have Witcher 2 on sale?

Witcher 2 will definitely be an encore deal though, trust me

Altough Killing Floor can be run easily. What are his specs? Because really a low end dual core or even Pentium 4 should handle KF ok on medium.
Should I get The Sims 3 at its current price.
Did our conversation about trapping people in pools, burning down houses, and nippleless mommas not sway you at all? [editline]6th July 2011[/editline]
Terraria sounds good. Altough Killing Floor can be run easily. What are his specs?
Witcher 2 will definitely be an encore deal though, trust me
Alright sweet, I was on a business trip the first 2 days of the sales and I didn't know about it, one day I went onto the Steam site for the deal of the weekend and holy fuck, huge sale out of nowhere.
No, there are barely any and it's not worth a dime.Buy Far Cry 1 instead
Far Cry 1 is better but Far Cry 2 is still a good game as long as it lasts. Yeah it gets repetitive but the gameplay itself is solid and a fun experience. Especially when you mix up combat by trying out the many different weapons you can earn.
Does anyone still know if Far Cry 1 still has the copy with like McDonalds ads everywhere and you have to wait 60 seconds every time you load a new area because of the mcdonalds ads, but it was free because of all the mcdonalds ads? I remember I got it off of fileplanet, but it seems it was shutdown so I'm guessing its no longer existent?

Killing Floor might be a good idea so he'll have something to play with me and another friend. I guess if it doesn't run he can always come to my house to play it. :v:

It's not available anymore since Ubisoft stopped distributing the keys for it

I hope there's a Wolfenstein pack. I bought the Quake pack back in the day, and I just snagged the DOOM pack. Would be nice to essentially get the id pack without having to burn all those extra copies.
Well, I think its time to play clear sky. Great deal from yesterday.

Just plopping in here to recommend Atom Zombie Smasher. For the price it's absolutely brilliant.
I wonder if I should buy Sims 3. I did enjoy Sims 1 when I bought it years ago. Hmmmmmmm
Cool, I'm gonna get him Killing Floor then. Thanks for the advice.
What were the free FPS's he played by the way?
I wonder if I should buy Sims 3. I did enjoy Sims 1 when I bought it years ago. Hmmmmmmm
It's a pretty good game. A lot different than Sims 1, though.
What were the free FPS's he played by the way?
I think mainly Soldier Front and Warrock. Now he plays CoD and Borderlands on Xbox.
