I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it before (not reading the past pages this thread moves way to fast), but the Day of Defeat Source ticket is obtainable offline. At least I finished Dod_Colmar in a 1 man server I started and got Dod_Kalt in an online server before that which makes me think that both can be done offline for the ticket.
Again I can confirm that for Colmar and not Kalt, but I also got the achievement Clean Sweep which makes me think the game doesn't check player amount.
