Steam Summer Sale V3 - Games

Do you guys think that Mafia 2 is worth it? I mean, how's the freeroam and replayability aspects of it? If it is worth it, is the deluxe worth it?

I heard the ending sucks and it's pretty short.

Hey, also I have a small dilemma. I purchased Napoleon: Total War before I realized that the two games are combined together in today's sale, so here's my question: Should I just buy the $10 double pack and then just gift my current copy of N:TW?

Most likely it's a decision a bunch of the other companies made when they agreed to let Valve carry their games in steam.

My computer is shitty so I bought Mafia, Mass Effect, Audiosurf, and Sanctum (which I can't currently play). What else should I get that's cheap and fun that can run on a lower level laptop?

Is Steam downloading games really slow for anyone else? My downloads keep starting and stopping, and the speed is constantly changing from really low to really high.
