It's a huge game but it's worth the download. You'll get at least a solid 50 hours if you just rush through the stories.
Too bad it uses GFWL, and GFWL refuses to let me play it's games.

Me and my friend used to play it all the time, I never actually played the story though. Maybe once or twice a few missions.

It's pretty hard to mess up. You just paste the files into your GTA IV folder and start playing.

Doesn't really matter much because in the context of the game all events in the story happen around the same time.

Though it seems to get better if you play them in order of release because you build up to when you can finally parachute and get better guns.

Since L4D2 has come out we've been given ALOT of free DLC.
"The Passing" - full new chapter
"The Sacrifice" - full new chapter
"Cold Stream" - community made chapter
"No Mercy" - chapter from L4D1
And now they are porting the rest of the L4D1 maps over to L4D2.
Not to mention all the patches and the mutation gamemode where you get a new gamemode every week.
