I already own GTA IV and I want to buy the episodes, but only the complete pack is on sale. And on the store page it says I already own it, will I get a giftable key when I buy it?

Going to get GTA IV, Just Cause 2 + DLC, Magicka Complete and Terraria. Anything else I should get, don't say the Witcher 2 because I'm currently busy with the 1st game.

I keep getting unexpected errors trying to gift a game to someone. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong/what's going on/how I fix this? I already restarted steam btw, didn't help :(
