I found a way to download if Steam doesn't let you.
Just try installing the game over and over and over again. Then it finally works. Speed is actually decent this time. 600 KB/s instead of the usual 200 KB/s.

Ehhh, decent sale. The games I was specifically looking for weren't on sale enough for my tastes (Jedi Knight pack, Stronghold and Witcher 1), but I bought and gifted enough to keep me occupied for the next seventeen years.
So i just paid for battlefield vietnam and it just charged my card but it's not appearing in my games list? there goes £3.50 i suppose :/

It's not a stand-alone game. Just start playing BC2 and select Vietnam in the main menu.
Grrrrr. I missed the day where GTA IV + EFLC was on sale and I spent all my cash not realizing there would be an encore day. Why does this happen?

Wasn't a bad sale, got a few things. Glad it wasn't as grand as I thought it would be though, saved me some money.

I don't regret the decision. I wanted to give those people the games. It's not like I'm in dire need of Battlefield, I just figured I would throw the suggestion out there. I have plenty of money outside of Steam, I just don't feel like making any more purchases in it.
