No, they aren't forced to. It's their decision. It's not like the beggar has a gun to their head and says "Give me the fucking game." It doesn't work that way, it works out of generosity and that warm fuzzy feeling of gifting. I'm just going to stop now because you seem to always rate my posts dumb even in the past threads.

How is this any different than say, walking into a grocery store and seeing a bag of chips and thinking "I would like a bag of chips, but I don't want to spend the money", even though you have more than enough money to purchase that said item.

I have to agree with Melon on the begging. It's one thing to join in the raffles, but it's another thing to post every few minutes asking for a game. Even a minor can set up a checking account and use a debit card to buy things online.

I'm thinking of giving Earbuds from TF2 for this.
I'd take Shinobi because of nostalgia overload, I had loads of fun with it when I was a kid.
I'd take Borderlands DLC because I have all of them except that one.
But I'm not sure about Terraria and Magicka, should I switch them out for DoW 2: Retribution or maybe AC 1 or 2 (tho I'm more fan of online games).
What do you guys think?

This annoys me to, that people can't even spare a tiny amount such as £2.99 or what ever it is in USD, maybe if it was above the price of £10 I can understand people wanting to raffle.

Heh I was thinking of giving some unusual for square enix or some complete pack but I'm restraining myself because I know I wont touch 90% of those games, just like I pass through my THQ complete pack games except from Warhammer DoW 1 ones.

I work as a part time e-whore which brings me around 50 dollars every few nights, so you could say, I get 50 dollars an hour.
