Random drop (3% chance every 4 hours, or at least that was in the past) 2. Crafting 3 refined for random headgear (but obsolete because there is trading now) 3. Trading. Cheapest hats go for 1 refined, while the most valuable unusual ones that can only be opened in crates go from 30$ to several thousand dollars.

You can find hats in drops, 1 in 100 IIRC. Also, I still have unclaimed prizes. Friend me on steam Dokaman, but I've also sent you an FP message, so get to it, otherwise who knows what might happen to this lonely copy of Terraria, with no one to play it.

Store.
