I've never ever had a problem with download speeds on steam but now it's just half as fast as it could be and I have 50 gigs to download. Even better, it refuses to continue the download unless I restart it every ten minutes

Once the steam summer sale download rush is over it probably will go back to normal.
Now it is time to wait to see how many times I have won. :v:
Wait, if you have multiple tickets, theoretically you can win multiple times. But what happens if someone does win multiple times? Do they give him more games or do they choose another person?
