Steam Summer Sale V3 - Games

I needed it because of a translation job I got (OpenOffice really doesn't work that well to keep the same layout when editing a .doc file). Personally I think they should integrate it with Windows, I hate having to pay extra just to be able to edit files that are ubiquitous. Or at least allow people to upgrade free of charge, give them a discount, I don't know, I don't like paying $100 for the same program every two years. Because of my college program I can now get Windows licenses for XP, Vista Business and 7 Professional on both architectures, but no version of Microsoft Office is available. It's a good suite though.

I spent £150 on games even though I recently lost my only weekend job. That was the majority of my first/only paycheck :v: I like spending on steam because in a way it's a permanent investment

If they go out of business another company will definitely purchase their assets.

I can`t imagine Valve going out of business. They do receive money for the games they have on steam (not just the ones that their company made), right?

Isn't steam estimated to be worth a few billion dollars? Valve will be alive for ever. Did anyone win yet?
