Creep skipped Moraxus and Pest and I even got a kill at level 1. Its fun to do but at higher level games, they will either bring mid down to gank or have a ranged come save you.

So Jeraziah looks like a super bro/op support. How come I never see anyone play him?

Neefy, Accursed and Jeraziah, in their current state, are not playworthy heroes. They were originally picked up when pushing and healing was popular. However, the current metagame are focused much much more around ganking, than pushing, and it's 1/50 games people go for a 100% heal or push strategy. Tri-lanes and counters to tri-lanes (2/2/1) are being played at the moment, and melee supports have no ability to help in these strategies whatsoever. A melee hero is rarely picked as a support, and the only hero really seen for this is magmus, being that he is a really good ganker. The roaming apability of these heroes are non-existant, thus making them useless for the current state of metagame. Their ability to support is sub-par compared to others, because they can't poke and aquire farm for carries in a lane, they can only prevent them from being killed. So many other heroes does their job better, and this is why they are never picked up. The Finals of these tournaments are also being casted. If the players that made it to the tournament finals aren't good at it, then who are. I know DotA players are better, but that game has been around for nearly 7 years. Hon has been around for 1-1½ year, and so the best players are sub-par with those of dota. However the people in the finals are still the best players in the hon community
