Well to help you, SW isn't a good hero for players without alot of experience, because he is a very different hero from so many others.

Torturer isn't that easy to learn, and neither are pharaoh, but they're doable. I don't know if you checked this, but there's guides for both of them here: [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReMTVe02yHQ[/url] and [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1OIexLyKnM[/url]

Try watch these and check if they help, if you have any question, i'll try and help out =)
