Amun-Ra doesn't seem OP to me, even if he is slightly OP it's not like he's uncounterable a killing machine like the old Zeph or Chronos was.

Amun-Ra is not that great he just has a really good creep farm because he doesn't use mana and his health regenerates amazingly fast. You just need to deny him from farming creeps and he will be no problem later game, I also wonder if he can jungle well with that health regeneration.
