demented shaman is officially my favorite support ever. i was in my lane top baiting while my lane partner was in the woods, and a rampage charged me into my creep lane. i healed myself and it chained into my creeps, and it took away about 1/2 of his health.

Can one of you guys explain to me why Codex is bad? I've never purchased one and I don't know what most of the items do, but I'm just curious. A portable pyro ulti doesn't seem like a bad thing to me

Any item that provides damage or stats provide more consistent damage over time than a codex.

Off the top of my head, Fayde is the only one who should really have a Codex because it supplements her combo. She's a ganker through and through and the Codex lets her kill people late into the game. [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] And upgrading it to level 5 is a total waste of money.
