Aw, that's awesome. For us Asian gamers HoN runs on this thing called Garena, so it didn't have the same technical problems and that awesome "refund". And while you guys have the new heroes like Amun-Ra and Parasite we don't even have them yet.

Check your spam section, they usually send automated messages with the reason given in the mail. Also, you probably received a free name change if you got suspended because of your name.
