He was a good Stalker. Let's drink to him once more.
Joker: hide & seek champion 2012. Took me three months to find that fucker laying in the grass. No wonder he was all bones when I got there.
I never actually found him until someone pointed him out for me, but I didn't look very hard either
And I still haven't found that cave with the controller either

Shit I think we should arrange a CoP multiplayer session again

I think that would be great. I've never played CoP MP before so it could be quite nice if enough people join.
you people couldnt handle my pro skills

or my internet connection
If only stalker had a borderlands style co-op. Oh the joys of playing with several people, against harder enemies. Pseudogiants would be tanks.

I don't think it should be borderlands style, keep it in the fashion of stalkers single player. If you down an ally with friendly fire they can either manually revive or use a medkit for them, which would be quicker. keep the aspect of enemies getting harder with more players, but make the loot shared, not one player getting the lions portion. If another player is low on rubles, you can choose to give them a few hundred of yours to help them. Ammo would be less common to encourage team management and not just blasting the shit out of everything with a wall of lead.
Scenario missions sound like they'd be cool though, would love to see a few of them in stalker 2 at the least. Like: 2 teams of 4 each trying to get a new artifact., Mercs vs ecologists race to the xlabs, etc etc.

lol
no
borderlands is like a cancer
I don't understand why people put down Borderlands. It had a decent co-op and it was fun to play with friends, the only let down was the story and the replay ability.
Why are the hands of the people in Stalker always as big as their head?
They have cancer.
I got bored of it in the third area, it had giant bugs and shit
it was just so uninteresting, all the weapons were shit, I found the only fun gun in the game at level 5 or something and never tossed it away because everything else was shit

Because the GCS staff likes to get drunk while making a game. Why do you think SoC took six years to make?

Borderlands was crap

Really crap
Why not just make a STALKER coop based around the regular gameplay mechanics and stalker tactics, only applied to multiple players that are supposed to cooperate together?
Imagine raiding the Agroprom base with four players.
Two players create a diversion on the surface, dragging the majority of the grunts out of the base.
The third player sneaks through the underground system and sneaks through the base while nobody is looking and steals their shit.
At the same time the fourth player is carefully picking off the more dangerous, but now exposed troops with a sniper from a large distance.
The military calls in the chopper on the first two after the third guy steals their shit, then, as the two are distracting it, the fourth one blows it out of the sky with an RPG.
the fourth guy runs out through one of the ruined walls or through the sewer system.
The two guys retreat as the third guy is covering them.
They all go to the Factory Complex to share the loot, then leg it to The Bar to waste it on vodka once the Spetsnaz arrives and checks the area.
That's one thing the coop should center on, the stalkers are known for their trickery, not their strength. Of course, you can always buy an Exosuit and a PKM and go wild on a Monolith Platoon every once in a while. Doesn't mean you won't get turned to minced meat.

Lets hope for STALKER 2 to have this kind of gameplay. That would make me a VERY happy person.

Yea, that's something that made me dislike the end of SoC in terms of gameplay. It was mostly Marked One shooting his way through hundreds of Monolith troops while wearing an exosuit and weilding two strongest weapons in the game. Sneaking through would have been a far better option, and it would rise up the tension for the final scene. Especially since the area from the rooftop ladder to the final teleporter gets jumped by Monolith experts when Marked One climbs up to it.
I need Paravin's stories
anyone have one at hand?

didn't find that till the 3rd or 4th time I played the game love that you can still find things for the first time

Man, I'm kinda liking CoP but I can't help but feel it's still way less polished than I expected.
[sp]I'm headin' to a bandit camp to pay ransom to rescue Mitay... turns out we wouldn't be able to leave without me giving away all my loot, so we had to fight our way out. Firstly, Mitay doesn't even pick up a gun and fight back - I actually found out I had to go up to him and talk to him in the middle of battle. Secondly, he doesn't even make an effort to escape the bandit camp like we were supposed to... he just runs around trying to kill everyone, so I had to try help him. So he's running all over the fucking place, and bandits are throwing grenades left and right... and I'm quicksaving/quickloading for half an hour like a motherfucker because Mitay keeps dying so easily. When we killed everyone, he THEN escaped.
I don't mind going up against 30 bandits, but jeez.[/sp]
But I guess that's life in the Zone.
Maybe you should have killed the bandits first
I mean who the fuck pays anything for bandits you'd have to be retarded
They have cancer.
I got it, my nose hurts now.
Does anyone have the STALKER guitar tabs? I play guitar and would like to learn the amazing guitar tunes.

I had to take shelter there during a blowout and didn't know what it was.
[sp]The Controller said something and scared the shit out of me, I ended up using my street sweeper to blow him out the door.[/sp]
I never finished S.O.C. I got stuck at a part inside the reactor with tonnes of exoskeleton guys. I never got round to installing C.o.P., is it better than S.O.C?

I just wandered in there one day on one of my regular artifact runs. I was so scared that I left the cave alone, went about my business, and came back the next (ingame) day to clear it.
I found the cave when I first started the game. I was wandering about, saw a gash in the ground and thought;
"Awesome, an anomaly field thing!" Hopped in, someone said something, my vision went blurry and I died :buddy:
